Husband ordered Aroma Therapy Shower…

Husband ordered Aroma Therapy Shower Infuser (should say reordered as he liked the initial shipment). They arrived expired. He reached out to them (email as no phone number). They reshipped them out, with the SAME expired date on them. Then reshipped out a 3rd order, AGAIN expired. I think it is a bot or robot that answers emails. They keep blaming the warehouse, but the warehouse is a part of the company too. They just need to either refund his money or ship unexpired product!

Had to leave a star

Had to leave a star . Worst pillow ever. They do not stand behind The product. Offer 30 day free trial. The pillows stink. They are to hard & uncomfortable. Told me a 15%/restock fee to send them back. Then they offered money back & for me to keep the pillows. I hate the pillows & want a full refund. Never opened the cases . Used 1 pillow 3 times. HATED IT. Do not buy from them.
