I have a good number of Sutsu garments.  Great quality, last well and always true to size.  Can't fault their products.

Excellent customer service too. I have a couple of t shirts from around 2017 which, although showing their age, are still in pretty decent nick. Design was called Sun Mountain and when enquiring about replacements I found the design was now discontinued. However, a guy called Jon dug out the old design and arranged a couple of bespoke replacement shirts. Absolutely brilliant.

I ordered a Tshirt from Sutsu for my partner’s birthday. He loved it and fits perfectly. He already has several tshirt and sweatshirts from this brand and all of them are of great quality and fit. He mainly wears this brand exclusively now.

I ordered a wrong size tshirt initially but the team at Sutsu was incredibly helpful and managed to change the order in time to be delivered for his birthday. I’m very grateful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Can’t fault the quality of the jumper I ordered or the customer service. I wanted to change to smaller size and the exchange process was so efficient and easy via email. Very happy.

After ordering my 3rd Long Haul 350grm sweatshirt I thought I had ordered to the wrong colour could not check as confirmations were going to a blocked email account. One email to hello@ and it was re confirmed and re directed to a different email address ...I had purchased the correct item and it will be with me soon. Very efficient first class customer support!

Ive pur hased 5 sweaters in the last couple of months from Sutsu. I very rareky buy clothes as its very difficult to find high quality sweaters anymore, especially online. HOWEVER, Sutsu sweaters are incredilyy good..size is really, the feel and quality of the materials is excellent. Im only going to buy sweaters from Sutsu, and I highky recommend it..especially if you are typically a 2XL-3XL size...plenty of room in XXL.Regards, Eddie

Very happy with the products I got from Sutsu, and when there was a minor stitching issue with a hat, customer support were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Purchased the two trees trucker cap in navy. I was pretty excited as the caps had lots of good reviews but when it eventually turned up it not only fitted really badly - it seemed abnormally high and wide so lots of gapping but it also had loose threads and stitches. I own a fair few caps and haven't had this issue before so it's not me having a weird shaped head!

They say their items are made to order which I approve of but maybe they were short staffed and Jan from accounts had to knock it up rather than someone competent. I emailed querying it and explaining my concerns and had a pretty blunt response just saying return it with zero apology ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'll return it but also have to stump up for postage so pretty peeved to essentially pay £4 for nothing.

Consistently brilliant. Quality is unparalleled and service impeccable. I own several hats which are amazing, and several sweatshirts which are absolutely beautiful.

Lovely caps. Men's T-Shirts are badly sized, being too wide around the middle and too tight on the arms. Ensure you send your returns as RECORDED and get royal mail to evidence all returns. We had an odd scenario where the return wasn't found until we sent proof it had been received.

Second order I have received everything fits lovely its decent quality and will 100% be buying again. Top work 👌👌👌

Searched in vain for months for a mustard yellow long sleeve T. I used to get on Colourful Standard whose colors are now disgusting so was delighted to find the colour from Sutsu - order delivered from the UK without having to pay the additional customs charge to Revenue is usual when I order stuff from there.
Beautiful quality cotton, colour perfect and superfast delivery and half the price of the equivalent t shirt from Colourful Standard. Full marks.

Was a little sceptical given I'd never heard of them until an Instagram ad, but took a punt and bought 2 sweatshirts as I liked the sustainability and in particular the pricing transparency - it's nice to know what you're actually paying for.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size (XS) and noticed after paying, and emailed their main address which responded within a few mins confirming they'd swap my order to size M. It was delivered correctly within 4 working days which is absolutely fine given everything is made to order.

The sweatshirts are great quality, nice and thick and I love that the logos are properly embroidered rather than printed so they will last. The fit is relaxed, I'm 5'9, skinny with a bit of a beer belly and an M is the right size/shape but cut so that it has plenty plenty of room. Will definitely buy again.

I like the designs so much I have bought 7 garments from them over a few years, the quality is fantastic and they have all stood the test of time.
I did have an issue with the print on one of them so they sent a replacement with no fuss, so I can also say that their customer support is first class.

Great customer service!!
I brought the wrong size emailed them to see if I could exchanged for the smaller size.
They sent me all the information needed to complete this and have sent out the exchanged out the same day.
Note I did have to pay to send it back but this was me error and I didn’t mind this.

My order came quickly but had a slight issue with it. Eimer in customer service was excellent and they resolved the issue without any fuss. Very happy and would certainly recommend
