Would give zero if it was an option

Waited in all morning for the sparks to come fix my hallway light and no one turned up,the guy on the other end of phone claimed there was no access - which was utter nonsense

I was offered the option to officially complain but saw no point as id just recieve a insincere apology that meant/achieved nothing !!!

Website's terrible. There's a whole page that drones on about 'myaccount' but doesn't actually provide a link to the login. Absolutely pathetic.

Refused to send an abate notice to chadwick next door to cut out his electical noise nuisance they accused me of being too sensitive not true but I'm Asian?!!

Second stage complaints against them now going through

Disappointed, I contacted Sutton Council THREE times to report a pavement obstruction/cleaning issue, each time they responded with "our crews have investigated and cleared the issue" in fact nothing has been done despite recieving the confirmation each time. The Cleaning Contractor is doing nothing and Sutton Council are not checking. I now give up! Paying Council tax with no service in return.

All I can say is if you are planning to move DO NOT move within the London Borough of Sutton as you will have to deal with the council at some stage and the treatment I have received has been appalling, missed rubbish collection , was supposed to have been collected 5th November and im still waiting on the 14th ...called 3 times ...and the same person told me to put a sign on the bin to be collected which I did..but nothing...no where to put my rubbish any more and then they wonder why people fly tip !! £190 a month for this ...what a joke..

Made a complaint, I had to follow up multiple times before this was even acknowledged now I am being told that it was made to the wrong department, even though it was them who suggested it, I will update this review further when I get an understanding of how my complaint will be handled.

Witnessed online a bald headed, bearded security guard assault auditor, try and ridicule him and to belittle him twice
Another member of female staff (Black in black boots) got hysterical losing her temper and being rude and agressive for no reason and storming off
Is this how Sutton council treat members of the public?

Despite having ongoing issues with the council that are yet to be resolved.I would like to thank Sarah from repairs and workman Matt who resolved a plumbing issue in a timely and professional manner.Thank you both 👍🙌🏻

Just had the latest Sutton scene magazine in which they claim they have checked all their properties for asbestos given themselves 100 per cent their not the telling the truth my property has never been asbestos checked the man came and left without doing the check, he had been told the property was vacant and when he found it wasn't he left and this year this house's electrical check was partially failed because the ceiling rose in the living room is buried under plaster.

I hate this council with all my heart.

Sutton Council employ nasty, evil people to do their dirty work. Ie. picking on vulnerable and laughing at them. Indecent, shameful creatures who hide like the cowards they are. If employees are in any way decent they are got rid of by the corrupt SC.

This is a useless incompetent council that shouldn't be in charge of an animal let alone the welfare and care of hundreds of thousands of people. They are corrupt and the lies they tell, FYI Sutton is not a rich borough far from it, it is poor badly maintained and cared for and the only money is from criminal enterprise, something Sutton council encourages by making sure the police don't do there job but given their attitude they won't anyway. As for history well they will sell it to be demolished for flats. Mostly to companies they sit on as non executive directors.Let's ask why Sutton has so many office blocks and commercial buildings it bought in other places as well as why they pay for a corporate office suite in the shard all at taxpayers expense this is why Sutton is so broke except of course the councillors paid for by you and the criminals

It works this way in sutton if your face fits you will get everything if not they will do everything and anything to drive you out legal illegal they don't care, this council like every other official body in Sutton is rotten to the core.

Encompass housing team are the biggest scammers . They are inappropriate and need to be reviewed by Ofsted as soon as. There is only a hand full of people that work in that office and they are all corrupt. I’ve experienced illegal practices coming from that office. I’m still awaiting my eviction notice and papers and it’s been a week since they’ve removed my things from the property without my knowledge . How does that work? I will never know. But to name the few this problem was created by Andrew Miranda and pro longed by his manager Nikki spratley. Fair warning to anyone who comes across them they are following their own rules and procedures. keep records of your every interaction with them. You’ll need it. And if you were thinking of relocating to this borough DONT.

Sutton Council is the absolute worse. Incompetent, lazy and frankly useless bunch of humans working there! All sound like criminals.

Corrupt establishment who can’t even be bothered to deal with complaints thoroughly. Too lazy to do anything. What is the point of that council.

I cannot think of any Sutton Council service or process that actually works. The latest, the Council have upgraded their system, and instead of migrating the accounts across, you have to re-register (yet again). I re-registered; needless to say it was not smooth. I actually had to write down the password that I entered so I could copy and paste it, as there is no way of viewing the password you enter, so inevitably you can't see what your'e typing in. Despite this, when I tried to re-access the account after set up, it still said part of my credentials were incorrect. I then asked for a password reset. I'm still waiting for the email from the council. The council are useless!
