I ordered a sissybar and really liked the bag.
The first day of using it the zipper broke.
Contacted support quickly and was promised a new bag would be shipped asap.
It has now been over a month.

Mailed 4-5 times with support and got told "next day i will be in office and get you shipping details" or "i'm off riding in Scotland, will mail it once i'm back monday"
Still havent recieved shipping details or the new bag.

Have now asked for a refund instead, but no answers from Svarog.

Amazing tees, great quality, will be purchasing more soon!

I bought a few biker items from Svarog as a gift - a tent, two pairs of gloves and a leather vest for a friend’s 50th birthday.
The quality was honestly outstanding. The person receiving the gift was absolutely delighted and said he had only seen this kind of quality before in his father’s original American biker accessories.
You can genuinely feel the difference as soon as you pick the items up - proper leather, the smell, the stitching, the way everything is made. It is rare to find items like this nowadays.
Really impressed and would highly recommend Svarog to anyone who appreciates proper quality biker gear.

Great seller, great stuff

I got a pair of gloves and a sissy bar bag. Gloves are great. Bag is fine, zipper very weak broke before I set the bag on the bike. Tried to talk to costumer services and got a ridiculous ironic response. Its like the business is ran by a 13yo kid. I totally understand the review below also complaining they could not exchange an item. Terrible company.

IT’S BECAUSE OF ONLINE BUSINESSES LIKE SVAROG/PHOENIX212 THAT PEOPLE ARE FEARFUL OF ORDERING FROM ONLINE, SCAMMERS!!! I ordered a pair of 36” motorcycle trousers, they arrived a week or so later but were too small. I then sent them back and requested the next size up (38”), another week or so went by and when the trousers arrived they were another pair of 36’s. I then requested a refund but suddenly all correspondence stopped, I emailed a number of times but they ignored all messages. I contacted them on Facebook and they then blocked me, I then messaged them on Instagram and they blocked me on there also. I would strongly recommend against ordering from this company, there is no contact number to call them, and if there was I suspect they’d hang up and block you from calling.
