I ordered a sissybar and really liked the bag.
The first day of using it the zipper broke.
Contacted support quickly and was promised a new bag would be shipped asap.
It has now been over a month.
Mailed 4-5 times with support and got told "next day i will be in office and get you shipping details" or "i'm off riding in Scotland, will mail it once i'm back monday"
Still havent recieved shipping details or the new bag.
Have now asked for a refund instead, but no answers from Svarog.
