Un-Trusted Seller / Caution
Not recommended. Package arrived two weeks late. I sent them an email 5 days ago to return the package as I no longer want it. It didn’t meet my expectations. So far, I did not get any reply from their Customer Service.
Update 8/Aug: Customer service offered me a 10% discount and I keep the item. They said because this item is on campaign, I cannot return it to them!!!. There is NOTHING in their website (or return policy) is stating this. Even in the order confirmation, the conditions were 30 days right to return item. I am so frustrated and irritated by their fraud of facts and disrespect to impose other terms once I wanted to return the order and ask for my money back. Not a trusted seller at all.
