Svelton 

I ordered a green XL zip-up sweater with cable knit details. What I received was completely different: no cable knit pattern, a much smaller size (definitely not XL), and no size label on the item at all!

When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. This is absolutely outrageous considering THEY sent me the wrong product. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, it’s clear they are either incompetent or simply don’t care about their customers.

What’s worse, this seems like a borderline illegal practice, as they are misleading customers and not providing the items as described. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and money – this place is nothing but a scam!

This company is an absolute scam! The clothes I ordered looked NOTHING like the photos – they were cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised. The shipping was ridiculously late, and when it finally arrived, I was even more disappointed. But the worst part? The customer service is a JOKE. I reached out multiple times and got ZERO response. When I finally did get a reply, it was unhelpful and rude. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company at all costs. They are a total fraud!

The product received was of poor quality and did not match the description. Customer service refuses to meet their legal obligations for returns. This site is a deceptive front selling items shipped from China. Very disappointing.

Das erhaltene Produkt war von schlechter Qualität und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Der Kundenservice weigert sich, seinen gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen zur Rückgabe nachzukommen. Diese Seite ist eine täuschende Fassade, die Artikel aus China verkauft. Sehr enttäuschend.

Site à éviter !

Produit reçu de qualité médiocre, ne correspondant pas à la description. Service client refuse de respecter ses obligations légales pour le retour. Ce site est une façade trompeuse qui vend des articles expédiés depuis la Chine. Très décevant.

Despite the delay in delivery and the tracking not working as it should (out of the immediate control of Svelton), the item arrived as described on the website.

I flagged to the customer service team initially on the non delivery of the item, who immediately contacted me same day with a proposed solution.

The team lead followed up and contacted within the week and offered a replacement order. Goods had arrived in the meantime.

Christmas is a busy time, so i understand delays should be expected.

I rate my customer service experience 5stars.

The quality of the goods does not meet the described criteria. I ordered a "warm" jacket, but this was not matching my expectation and did not fit well. I immediately wrote back to get instructions on how to return the jacket. After more than 1 month I received an answer: I have to ship the jacket to CHINA (!!!) on my own costs. This company is a pure scam, don't use their services: they deserve to go bankrupt.

The sizes are not correct, the colours are not the same as on the site, the quality is awful, the price is very high for this quality and time of delivery! I asked to cansel the order, which was paid 24.10.24., because I need these things before my flight 05.11.24. They told me that they can not do it 26.10.24! The time of delivery was written from 05.11.24 till 09.11.24, the order was delivered 18.11.24. The communication with the support team is impossible! I do not advise!!!!!! Shame!!!!

No responsive - no way to send back - chinese sizes/quality

SVELTON = FRAUD!!! Never purchase anything from them ! Swiss flag on the website, address in Netherlands but extremely cheap quality coming from China! The items no worthy a penny! Bad customer support- they request to return the items to China on your own expense which are more expensive than your order! People wake up and get together to take this fraud company to the police! They are just stealing money from honest buyers. Extremely bad experience with them . When I asked to send the shipping label they stopped replying to me. Don’t trust - Svelton is a pure FRAUD!
