Firmor som är dåliga på att kommunicera rensas löpande bort från tjänsten, så din input hjälper oss att hitta bättre firmor. Vi följer också upp varje förfrågan med statusmejl, och svarar man att man fortfarande letar letar systemet automatiskt upp nya firmor.

Tack för att du sa det rakt. Svenska Hantverkare är en ny, kostnadsfri tjänst som skickar din förfrågan till lokala firmor, och det är firmorna själva som avgör om de svarar. Din förfrågan gick till fem städfirmor i Malmö och ingen av dem tog den. Firmor som inte svarar på förfrågningar rensas löpande bort från tjänsten, så all sådan här input hjälper oss att hitta de firmor som faktiskt vill ha jobben. Vi följer också upp varje förfrågan med statusmejl, och svarar man att man fortfarande letar letar systemet automatiskt upp nya firmor.
