Horrible company
I ordered a product, and the wrong address was on the order, I emailed immediately after and an AI bot said it was taken care of, I emailed several times over the next 8 days and was assured the address was changed, on day 8 it was deliver to my old place of work… the company only offered to return my money not make the situation right, I would never buy something from this company again. This is completely unacceptable behavior for dropping the ball like they did..

When you first contacted us to request the address change, we updated it in our system and confirmed to you that it had been changed. What we later found was that, due to a sync issue between our system and our shipping partner, the update never reached them, so the original address was still used for the delivery.
We should never have confirmed the change to you without making sure it had actually gone through. You trusted the information we gave you, and we let you down.
As you requested when you contacted our support team, we've processed a full refund for your order. We're sorry we couldn't make this right for you in the way we should have, and we understand your disappointment with how the situation was handled.

The ring is too tight for me, and the shaft stimulator is like a rubber spear that doesn't stay flush with the shaft and pokes her. Even with slow precision, we're not able to make it work

It's easy to grip and wrist friendly, but it doesn't feel like anything, the snail part of the vibe doesn't make vibrations powerful enough for your clit to actually feel it unless it's on the highest setting, and even then it's very mild. It looks like it should be a good texture but in practice you can't actually feel much.
It is shockingly quiet for a vibe of its size but overall I would not recommend
