Moving Experience With an Agent

My agent is named Mook and she was the most helpful, most communicative agent that I could have asked for. She went above and beyond, was very kind, and coordinated whatever I needed help with. She answered all of my messages, made appointments with technicians for repairs, and was always available whenever I needed her. I am new to the country and I didn't understand/needed a lot of help - Mook made this moving process so much easier and I am forever grateful for that.

The service is good

The service is good, but it would be great if issues or requests could be handled a bit faster if possible. Overall, I like the service and the way customers are taken care of.
