My tenant was very happy with the cleaning of the flat.

The cleaner sent was excellent on the day. She was prompt, friendly and did a good job.
I will recommend both the cleaner and her company to anyone.

Really chuffed with the results especially considering we’re first time users of the site. So quick, easy and convenient! Will absolutely make this a bi weekly occurrence!

Have been using them for about a year now, have had 3 different cleaners though that time and all of them have been consistently excellent with great attention to detail and some of them even going the extra mile and deep cleaning extra bits and pieces if they have time even without us asking.

Not sure what the 1star reviews here are about tbh, I've always found it easy to deal with them.

Used company for the first time for a full house clean. My experience was very positive. polo cleaner who communicated well to ensure he met all tasks. Good value! Even tipped as such good value

Do not use this company, this is a scam.

The cleaners never show up and the “boss” of the company is the definition of a scammer and is extremely aggressive if you have any customer service complaint—he will yell back at you and then stop responding. I put “boss” in quotation marks because he clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. Still waiting for a refund for a cleaning that never happened. Been chasing them and still waiting (called at least 20 times)...

This is a fraud! This company not exists - the only communication we have had is the automated booking confirmation. No cleaners turned up for the cleaning booked and no one has responded to my calls or emails.They will take your money and never show up!
If it was possible to rate lower than one star I would.
