Spice Rack fiasco

Ordered a Spice Rack... it came completely crushed. They would not replace it unless I spent over $25 to ship it back to them (only to get another crushed product). Used PAYPAL thinking I had some protection... NOT!! Cancelled my paypal account as well. BUYER BEWARE!!

I requested refunds of 2 default sets…

I requested refunds of 2 default sets with photos proving items was totally default upon arrival. No refunds until today since June 23rd. I would request an immediate action as this is one of the most unreliable and irresponsible Company. Your staff Dhenzel promised to get back but never did.
Order # SBM 44219. Would appreciate if you can put through my refunds immediately and stop giving me empty promises!

Buyer Beware

Ordered 2 x Peel Off facial Veil Creams on 24th July 2020. Received 2 x Eggshell Yeast Mask Creams 25th September 2020. Not only did this order take too long to arrive but it was not what I ordered. I have contacted Customer Service and have received no reply.

i wish i had read about them before ordering.
i put my order 11/3-2020, after not receiving it within a month, the tracking link stopped working, when they do answer, which is once every 2 months, htey use standard answers "We are sorry for the inconvenience

As per checking, your request is still in progress.

It will be more likely that a replacement will be sent to you if appropriate, if not possible, a refund will be provided to you."

or "Your request is still in progress, we will send you an email once we received an update."

they dont care to comment or find it strange that it has taken 6 months for delivery.

BUYERS BEWARE

Terrible, terrible company. I will never order from them again. One of their products gave me a severe allergic reaction so I canceled my second shipment and they refused to refund me. HORRIBLE!! They would get a zero if I could!!

I received my order and it was total crap. So I returned it and never got a refund. The package I sent back came back to me marked return to sender. So I'm out the original cost and the return shipping cost. This company is a total scam!!

The product I paid over $25 for was falsely advertised because what I received was worse than something I would find at a dollar store. Absolute garbage.

I would give swabluue a ZERO if I could. Their products are cheap and you might as well have a spot ready in your garbage can because you will be throwing them away.
I contacted them the day after I received my product and asked for a return authorization based on the fact that what I received IN NO WAY resembled the ad. They lead you to believe there is a 30 day return if defective or not as advertized. I could have done better in buying out of a Ten Cent Bubblegum machine.
I have gone back & forth with them at least a dozen times and I have made it clear that their product DID NOT resemble their ad, and that I would like a return authorization. Their response is that the product has to be defective. I am still trying, but for the rest of you considering buying anything from them...DON'T!!! The company is nothing but a scam and they are nothing but LIARS AND THIEVES!!!

I would rate them 0. Placed my order 116808 on May 23, 2020. Todays is August 15,2020/ Nothing has been received. Sent them multiple e-mails, Bla-Bla-Bla, when I asked for refund they say that they cannot refund me because package was sent. Trackable number is
SYRM103878029 but when you track it is unavailable to be tracked. They advertise under different ads on Facebook, don't trust them. They ripped you off . It is a big SCAM

Rubbish rubbish

Rubbish rubbish. Don't buy you won't get your order. EVER. I ordered in April . I have sent emailed a copy of my PayPal proving that i have paid. They still say they haven't got a record. I am going to leave it in the hands of PayPal as I have constantly asked them for a refund.
