Warrington Branch super helpful once again
Just spoke to Rachel, one of the execs at the Warrington branch. Its the third or forth time I've spoke to Rachael and I have to say she is both the MOST helpful, the MOST pleasant, and the MOST informative, of all the people I speak to daily. She is an absolute credit to the company and the brand you represent at Swagelok. As we have just started a bespoke specialist gas dept, we will be using Swagelok more than ever. Can you make sure this praise rolls downhill to Rachel, she utterly deserves the reward, as does the whole team for continuously proving that good customer focus is easy to do when you employ the right people.
