iPhone repaired quickly and efficiently to high standard. Fair prices clearly quoted in writing with no hidden extras.
Great communication, all admin (data certificates/invoices) completed correctly and professionally - even my carrier bag folded neatly and returned with goods and paperwork - all sealed, dated and clearly addressed. Proper customer service!
Went above and beyond to help, working outside "normal" hours and making useful recommendations without being pushy - always polite and courteous.
Plenty of free parking to drop off and collect. Recommend.

TV blank screen.
TV instructions
I could not get programmes installed on my new small tv and it was very frustrating. However, I saw that Trustpilot and recommended SWAM so I decided to give them a call. Arrived on time and was polite. He did have some problems with the tv but managed to download all the stations I required. That was very pleasing and I am now enjoying watching a picture instead of a blank screen! Would call them in another time if necessary.

Excellent, courteous service - genuine parts
Tyler went above and beyond to fix my iPhone. There were a few issues (caused by a previous company installing a non-genuine Apple screen) and Tyler dealt with this in a professional and courteous manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Swam 44 and using them again myself.
