Thought I was ordering complete sett only got head advert so misleading

I spent £44.98 on the complete set and delivery then cancelled it straight away as found the same one cheaper else where. I received an email telling me the refund will be in my account between 4-8 business days. This was two weeks ago, still no refund! They are now not answering my emails and the website has been taken down! No idea what to do now but I want my money back!

Terrible company they offered me a 30% refund on product that is misleading in the advert I refused then offered me 70% I refused finally offered refund of 100% sent email saying money refunded to my card they lied still not got my money

Same as hundreds of other buyers ...thought I was buying the whole brush set but only received the brush heads...completely useless and a waste of money. Why is the Company still allowed to trade ? I bought it through an advert which kept appearing on Facebook who I thought would be trustworthy. Can't find any way to complain on Facebook as I don't think they should be letting such unscrupulous companies advertise as they do

I purchased a spin scrubber in September, this arrived yesterday however it was only 3 scrubber heads! I contacted the company via PayPal & they have asked me to return them to China at my expense & they will refund my money, I have escalated this via PayPal

Why hasn’t something been done about this dreadful company. I also have three useless brush head replacements - and nothing to attach them too !

I’m going to contact trading standards and I also have contacts with a consumer tv programme.....

I paid for spin scrubber and only got 3 replacement heads. I even waited nearly 4 weeks for delivery. I sent an email to them yesterday but got no reply. Absolute scam, shame on you.

Same thing happened to me.Advert very misleading as shows The tool and the brush heads and only the brushes arrived.
Money down the drain. Amazon should take them off their site.
Unfortunately I bought them from Facebook too. Never again

Looks like I have been scammed too, 3 replacement heads delivered not the whole thing, this should not be allowed , ordered on face book, never again , out and out scam

Not recieved a item I've bought of this horrible company. Customer service absolute shocking.
Trying to get a refund for the last 5 days.
But the creatures keep asking me to return a item i do not have as it never turned up.
Id steer clear of this thieving scum of a company.

I feel cheated. The spin scrubber advert implies that the machine with 3 brusheads was on offer at half price at £14.99. After 12 days all that arrived was 3 brush heads. Shame on you.

Had the same experience as others, heads arrived can't be used without brushes told to type above hachtags but not possible. Anyone want some heads?

What a absolute CON. Wish I had seen other reviews before ordering, and could warn others about this dubious Company. Only heads arrived but my order clearly shows a photo showing the whole machine. How can this be allowed? It's impossible to contact them so £20.00 wasted. Trading Standards where are you?

MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
Wish I had read reviews before dealing with company. They are selling the Hurricane Spin Scrubber and all the advertising shows the whole product. Even the price, though reduced, suggests it is the full product. When ordering the picture is of the whole item.NO NO NO. Only three heads sent. Not the machine.
Just like other reviewers you cannot get money back, just return to China at your cost.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. This is a con. Like others i ordered a cordless brush but was sent just the brush heads. E mailed lots to eventually be told (via automated message) no returns but if i want to pay postage to some address in China i can. These people should be stopped and facebook should stop advertising their wares.

Order complete system, only recovered replacement heads, and now continue to ask for photos which have been sent 3 times.

They have a UK email, but seems as though they are replying from outside due to time delay.

Thief shop is no longer on line either
