It is a good service, but in some situations there are hidden charges that they do not properly communicate to their clients. Their costumer service is bot-like, and it has difficulties understanding simple questions. I sent an e-mail asking why I was being charge for something on top of the subscription, and the costumer service rep brainlessly resend me the instructions to pay. Moreover, since they say: "Important: Make sure to pay within 14 days to avoid extra costs. Extrajudicial and judicial costs will be charged according to the Dutch Law. The administration costs can increase to a minimum of €40.00." and their costumer service takes more than a week to answer each time (it was much faster when I was in the process of renting), they successfully coarsen me to pay (it was a relatively small amount).

The worst experience ever!
I rented the e-bike with gears on a Friday and was expecting to get my bike delivered in 48h as they say in their website.
I did not get any message from until I called and nothing was available until one week after, which I scheduled for the next Friday. No one from Swapfiets came until I called them to know if they were coming. 20 min after I called someone called me back saying they weren’t coming anymore so I’d have to reschedule again. This time I choose to go to the shop because it felt more the right thing to do if I want to have the bike soon.
Obviously when I get there there is a line to meet someone from the shop even though you go there with an appointment.
The people in the shop were nice and they even told me they don’t understand why Swapfiets offers the delivery because there is always a problem with the process and that they should just stop offering this option. The bike was there, however not the basket (which I ordered as well). There were just two baskets in the shop and they were broken. Luckily there was someone returning the bike with a good basket that I could take it.
On the way home the bike would not work probably, the e-support simply did not work at all. It was terrible to ride this bike since it’s super heavy.
After all this I decided to withdraw my interest for the subscription and give the bike back. This is the worse service I have ever had and did not want to try what is to come whenever the broke or need maintenance.
Don’t recommend this brand at all!!!

Iam first time user of this bike , the bike that i get for trail was okay but the one i got was bad. Most of the time the power are not voming to the bike . iam using for delivery so from that i can say , the design is so poor , company should provide some bike which is having weight carrier at the back rather on the front. Should bring the back break as normal.

Horrible customer service!
I ordered my bike almost two weeks ago and it took forever for them to send me an appointment.
Then finally they don't even show up for the appointment to deliver the bike, without telling me anything.
So now I can wait another week?
It's almost a month then since I ordered!
Horrible service, don't buy

We visited the Charlottenburg store for a Bike exchange today. The executive was very quick and clear with the instructions. We did not have any appointment but yet our query was attended to swiftly. It was a very pleasant experience.
