I‘m using the deluxe 7 for more than 2 weeks and I have to say that the bicycle seat is really uncomfortable and alsi the bicycle is so heavy and because of this reason you couldn’t ride fast as well
And if you’re also not tall enough you would have lots of difficulty for getting up or down,
I‘m feeling bad that I purchased it fo 1year subscription without cancellation :(

I have been a costumer for 3 and a half years. Now time finally came to give back my bike as Im 7 months pregnant and cannot use it anymore. Before bringing it back I realized the have closed the shop near my area in Charlottenburg. Having the shop in my area ir the reason why I suscribed to their service, but now its gone without explanation.
I called customer service if they can come pick it up, also as a paid service since I cannot carry such a heavy back 40 minutes through the whole city. They say it not possible and where not empathic to me in any way. I am deeply dissapointed of the company. Having so many bicycles in this city closing the shops for customers to get them regularly fixed and have them handed back is a real burden, which they obviously see as a win for them.
Before getting into this consider if youll actually will be able to get it repaired and sent back, cause they will not help you. How knows they might close all theyre shops, without explanation to you as a customer!
Do not recommend!

I moved back to Germany recently, and rented a Deluxe 7 for annual contract. I have previously rented the same bike for about 8 months. These are excellent bikes, never bothered me with maintaince or any issues. Both times service has been exemplery.
I booked home delivery on Tuesday, but realized it was too late, as Thursday was public holiday. Emailed late night Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment, got confirmation and was able to pick up Wednesday. Really fast service, excellent bikes.

Please, if you read this, do not rent a bike, I had to pay €80 for the €49.99 bike and I put in to return it and now I can't and they are also asking for €33, this is a damn scam

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. My bike was stolen, and when I reached out to customer service, I was told I had to go to one of their stores to return the key and pay 60 euros for the stolen bike. Fine, I knew that when I signed up. But then, I was informed I’d have to pay for another month because they have a one-month cancellation policy. Seriously? The bike is gone, but I'm supposed to predict theft a month in advance to cancel in time? It's beyond absurd. Avoid this company at all costs.

There’s no confusion on my part. It seems like you're missing the main issue. After having a bike stolen—a situation that's already stressful enough—forcing customers to come in and pick up a replacement, while also enforcing a one-month cancellation notice, feels completely unreasonable. Even when the bike was properly locked, we still have to pay the 60-euro fee for the stolen bike, which is understood. However, enforcing the one-month cancellation policy after a theft is not just frustrating, but also feels shady and unethical.

Bike was in worst condition. It slipped from behind while riding. The seat they adjusted slipped under , had to get it readjusted by myself as the „repair“ store was far away. Furthermore they declined to deliver the cycle to my home saying it was „far“.

The bike is good and usable and staff is nice and helpful. However, I think that the bike should have a basket and a phone support.

The onboarding process is easy, on time and without hiccups. The bike is in perfect shape, taken care of and very comfy. The information about the membership and payment is also transparent and clear.

Berlin store is higly understaffed. The staff was exhausted. The condition of the long term rented bike was not well while taking over it for the first time. There is built rust and not pleasant stickiness on certain parts. Even though I mentioned this, the staff informed me that this is quite ordinary. I would expect a less used bike to start with a long term rental agreement.

The bike itself is good and rides well. The basket Swapfiets provides is far too heavy for the frame! It throws off the entire balance of the bike since it's at the front, so this is definitely a negative.

I have a really good customer service when I went to pick up the bike, the guy was super friendly and he showed me with a lot of patience the way I had to use the bike. Overall I really like the service and I really enjoy riding the bike, I am feeling secure.

Swapfiets has excessively increased the bike rent. On the other hand, they have cancelled my membership with fake alligation. If Swapfiets offer me Power 1 bike with 64 euro , I would like to rent it again.
