Ordered june 26th and got them july 17th. I thought that i got scammed but when they arrived… my gosh these things are mint. You can actually have a real lightsaber fight with your buddies without the sabers breaking. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a Durablade saber in June as part of the buy 1 get 2 promotion. The sabers did take a month or so to come in which is understandable. My only critique of the process was that the tracking info never updated at all over that month span. I had emailed asking for an update yesterday, and was told that it had been delivered two days prior and I was never notified in any way.

As for the quality of the sabers, I am VERY pleased and my expectations were exceeded. The hilts feel well made, they have a nice weight to them and feel easy to use. The controls are pretty intuitive given that it is all controlled from a single button. The brightness and sound effects of the blade is also very nice for a starter saber.

If they can improve upon their tracking and updates for customers, I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking for a saber. I hope to expand my collection in the future!

Stay as far away from this company as you can. From what I’ve read, my experience is very common. I placed an order on their website at the beginning of February 2025. The estimated shipping was the standard 3-5 days. After about two weeks I saw that other people online were told that they were having delays but eventually got the product they ordered. So I decided to wait. As of July 1st 2025 I still had not even gotten a shipping notice for my order. I sent several emails that were ignored. The only communication I ever got from this company was a text message immediately after I placed my order trying to sell me on an insanely overpriced accessory. Put in a dispute with Affirm and two weeks later I’ve just gotten notified by Affirm that they will be reimbursing me the $478 that SWA Sabers scammed me out of.

I bought 3 sabers at the latest sale (the 1 +2 offer).
The shipment did not arrive on time (3 weeks delay), but OH BOY the waiting was worth it.
The DuraBlade is indeed durable! My kids and I are using reasonable force during our duels and everything is top notch - the colors (changeable), the light pattern (customizable), the sounds which change while slashing or hitting. It is also possible to change the full sound set according to your preferred Star Wars characters!
The Sabers even play known soundtracks if you wish! I've charged the sabers only once so far (usb-c, simple) and they already delivered hours of fun.
The hilts in my opinion are quite detailed and made out of good materials, they feel good when held.
Overall, one of the best gadgets I ever purchased. Well made, fully customizable and above all - they let you feel a bit like a Force user.

No item arrived, after a few emails. The seller explained the misleading shipping information on the site. I see a lot of reviewers say they just don’t turn up. I’ve contacted my credit card to make a claim.

The sabres are amazing. I bought a pixel and two durablade sabres as part of a buy 1 get 2 free offer back at the end of May.
Took a few weeks to arrive as it seemed Evri lost the parcel for a while and unfortunately when it arrived all three sabres were durablade.
I contacted them and they told me that they would send out the correct pixel sabre and I could keep the one sent in error.
The correct one arrived today and my son is now jealous as he has one of the durablades and wants to swap.
It’s about £100 more for the pixel sabres but they are really worth it with hundreds of blade styles and colours and completely customizable via the app.
Looks like I’m going to be getting a few more in the near future.

DO NOT BUY from them!!!! They steal your money and then ghosts you. They stole $300.00 of my young sons money and we have no product. We ordered early May and it said it was ready for shipping May 25th. We never received a tracking number and all of a sudden I got an email saying we already received the product when we obviously never did. I have emailed them over 10 times trying to get a hold of someone. There’s no number to call either.

Had the chance to do some light saber combat with these and must say they are absolutely great. You can properly get into "character" during battle without the fear of them breaking. Great Sabers

Purchased 3 sabers on 5/11/2025, never received them, total SCAM

I placed an order with SWA Sabers on 04/28/2025 for three items (Order # 5400) for $297.00. I received no updates from SWA Sabers between that date and 07/02/2025 when I went to their website and used their "Track your order" feature. The website told me "Could Not Find Your Order". I emailed SWA Sabers, told them the website could not locate my order and asked them for an update. On 07/05/2025 I started getting emails back from them asking how my order went but no information on when or how my package had been shipped or when I could expect it. They sent another such email on 07/12/2025, again asking how my order went and still no information on shipping or tracking number. I have screenshots, photos and saved emails to document all of this.

At this point I beleive SWA Sabers is a scam and they are deiberately taking money for orders they have no intention of filling (similar to what the Rustic Flag Company did several years ago). I am filing a complaint with my state Attorney General as well as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center for theft by deception, internet fraud and whatever other charges I can manage. I would advise anyone else in a similar situation to mine to do the same thing.

Easy to order products, it was worth the wait to get my order, easy to use and you can swing it really hard, and the sound effects are great. I will definitely order more Sabers from you in the future

Couldn't be happier with the sabers, the customer service and the entire experience. I had purchased the buy one get two deal and my kids are so happy with them. I plan on purchasing my own now because im jealous of how much fun they are getting from them. The effects, the lights, and the music are all impressive. I sent a few emails to them during the shipping process and they answered me within an hour every time. I even got a discount code for my next purchase!

We ordered light sabers on May 7, 2025 and as of today (July 12, 2025) we have yet to receive our order. Upon checking our order status on their website, it says our order has been ready to be shipped since May 20 but has NOT shipped yet.
However, we received an email from SWA Sabers asking us how we like our product. We have emailed numerous times asking about our order, we are receiving no response. They have been paid, we just want the items we ordered.

They are SCAMMERS! Its been 9 weeks since my order #5718 was placed. The tracking info on their tracking page has not updated since week 3 and still says its waiting from an update from the shipper. I have tried multiple ways to contact them (Email, chat, ect.) with no response at all. At this point I just want a refund! I am now looking into legal options or how to report them to their states authorities.

I agree with the previous review. No communication and Shop is showing delivered but it has not arrived. Have emailed and no response.

I've tried contacting SWA Sabers via every method I could find. Website chat, email, ShopApp and have not received any response to date. My Order #5171 placed on April 11 and has never shipped despite being marked on the website as shipped on May 20 without any tracking info. While I know people who have received their sabers I'm starting to suspect this is just a scam and the positive reviews are from a few people who actually received a product.

Very high quality work for a really good price. Bought twice and there will be a third. Definitely recommend

Sounds and looks amazing. Solid hilt with good weight and a bright, durable blade. Would definitely recommend as a beginner saber.

Great products, really nice and well made. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but they did communicate with me throughout. To me the price and wait are worth it. Loads of fun. Thanks
