My hoodie arrived today. Shipping took longer then expected but I received exactly what I ordered, well packaged and undamaged. I would order again from this company.

😡I would give it a negative-5 star if possible. They promised me product delivery within 10-14 days. It has been twenty days with no Baerskin Hoodie in sight. They no longer answer my emails. Horrible company. I am a disabled veteran, and I really needed that hoodie.

Final update.....now in English so i hope that people think twice before they order something at Swatshorts.
ive placed on 18th of juli 2022, 2 separate order for shorts. 1 full price €59,95 and one with discount €39,95. Both short ridiculous big. So just send it back you would say......wrong!!!! The company is not in Holland as they would like you to believe. So you have to send it to countries far away and even over seas. Long story short( in this story a bad word choice). Till now, no fitting shorts, in total 16 emails, double amount of lame excuses about not in stock after all, apologies, solutions regarding payback and even conformation that the payback was made...they now came up with the next lame excuse (after 16 emails) that my email adress is unknown to the accounting department.
This company is the worst online company there is and should be banned from the internet.
So to all the people that want to buy shorts...... do your self a big favour and DONT BUY THEM AT SWATSHORTS.COM!!!!!!!! Even one star rating is way to much for them.

I ordered a pair of Swatshorts in size 28 for $69.95 after watching a convincing ad for the product. After receiving the shorts, I examined them and tried them on. They seemed large but the quality of the material appeared to be as advertised. Later, I discovered they do not offer exact sizes as their webpage suggests. When I decided to keep them, I cut the tag and after wearing them for a few hours, the waist fastener that protrudes beyond the inside of the waistband began irritating my skin. I followed the return procedure, placing the shorts in the original packaging and included the tag that accompanied the shorts. When I inquired about the return, I was told the tag was not in the package (I can assure that it was) and they could not process the return. So, I am out $69.95 plus the $10.95 for shipping and no shorts to show for it. Please be aware this company is not as customer focused as most you may be accustomed to doing business with.

Update: Following my review of 10/7/22, I was contacted by True SWAT and offered a full refund of $69.95. My confusion over sizing resulted from the size chart which has, as its left most column the numeric size in inches, followed by the more general sizes S, M, L...4XL. It is this second column that represents the actual sizing of the shorts. Their 14 day return policy states, "For this, your item should be in original selling condition, which means:
- It should be in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact
- It shouldn’t be damaged, stained, altered or washed"
However, unless the shorts arrived damaged, you will need to pay for return shipping, which in my case was $10.95. I should also repeat that the quality of the material and workmanship was very good.

A month and a half after I ordered them, Swat sent me two of the wrong size shorts. Now they're asking that I pay shipping to return the shorts to their warehouse in Florida. That's just bad business.

took me about a month after receiving my order to have them washed the first time. Well, Goodwill is going to get them as they have a 14 day return policy. Policy is policy, as Customer service told me. I'm only out $200 for shorts I cant wear. They say they don't shrink...well, they do. Goodluck

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and the belt. The belt came in pretty quickly but the more expensive over 100$ order never came. I went back to the confirmation email and used the tracking number they provided and checked it over and over and never changed from "being processed at the facility" I never received any notification from them. I reached out to them to see what was going on. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT IT WASNT DELIVERED. Then they said it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to come get it from the sender. Then they sent it back to the company because I did not go pick it up within 7 days (it said processing on the tracking number this whole time) I requested a refund and they refused. They said they could resend it for free IF they had any in stock. But what is to stop this whole thing happening again? The belt is great though.

I would give them a minus 4 if l could. Ordered shorts and belt. Got the belt, but no shorts pretty expensive shorts. No more communication from rip off artists after giving me many delivery dates. Will be reporting to the FTC. Another chinese company ripping off American public. think covid!! Please stop buying products from china as they are not finished with America yet.

I had bought a pair of SWAT Shorts a couple of years ago and I was satisfied with them. I decided to buy another pair and ordered another set in the SAME SIZE. The new pair turns up, and the sizing is completely different to my first pair. I write to them and they offer to ship another pair to me, and provided a sizing table that is different to the sizing table on the website!

Three days after offering to send me another pair in a different size, they write to say they have no Large shorts IN ANY COLOUR in current stocks. This response aroused my cynicism. When I went back to the website, there was nothing stopping me ordering more shorts in that size, despite their statement they were out of stock.

I was assured that I would receive another pair as soon as they were available. Well, it's now been 41 days and no shorts.

I won't be ordering from SWAT Shorts again due to this experience, and I will not recommend them to anybody.

I was very apprehensive about buying clothing over the net - solely because I was concerned about sizing.

I borrowed a tailor's tape measure prior to ordering to confirm my waist size.

When the shorts arrived (purportedly 2XL size) it was just a total joke. They were nowhere near the claimed size - way too small. I bought green and beige pairs.

So I told the company and they kindly sent replacement pairs, supposedly 3XL size, which arrived after several weeks. The green pair, labelled "3XL" were barely different to the first pair even though I had lost 4kg and some minor waist size in the interim. The beige pair, also labelled "3XL" literally fell off around my ankles and required a belt. When the belt was tightened to keep them up it had the effect of making the SWAT shorts look like a potato sack - even the colour was right.

If this had been in a store, I would be looking for the hidden camera - thinking I had been pranked!

I am screaming in desperation at this company. Although they attempted to be helpful in assisting me with replacement pairs, I feel like I am flipping between alternative universes trying on their shorts: just how is anyone supposed to get a pair that fits when the Chinese factory seem to sew whatever sizing label is to hand with no regard to the actual size when they manufacture these shorts?

An absolutely frustrating experience like no other I have experienced. Perhaps SWAT Shorts should spend less money on expensive YouTube advertising and more on quality control or go B2B with a company in China that has just SOME idea rather than the current NONE.

SWAT Shorts, I give up, you and your Chinese manufacturers have beaten me. You have permanently burnt me from ever buying untried clothing brands online again. I will only buy brands, styles and sizes I know fit me.

I would like a refund please as I am tired of participating in this sizing "lucky dip".

Had some problems with the sizing, help was immediate and stayed with me to resolve the problem. Great commucation!

Hit or miss... Bought 2 pair both the same size. Both labelled with the same size. One fits perfectly the other is like wearing a tent. Buyer beware. Stuff that is made in China is getting worse. The quality control is just not there.

Comfort and sizing perfect plus a well thought through design both smart and energetic.

The short are well made and quite tough, but badly sized. Ordered by my waist size, large, and they were way too small. They waist fit OK but I couldn't fit anything in the cargo pockets because they were practically skin tight. Couldn't raise my legs without squeezing my crotch. Took 2 months to deliver. Contacted company twice about order before they were finally shipped. Couldn't return them as window had passed and I had thrown out the packing. Waste of money for me.

Ordered XL and took a long time to arrive. The XL is like a size 34 to 36 as opposed to 38 to 40. Way too tight for an XL unless the XL in the country of manufacturing is much different than Canada. If I can’t give them to someone in my family - I will return them for a refund - if possible with SWAT ! They are made well But terrible sizing.

The quality of these shorts is great....tough material and well designed. Follow up service is first rat in these difficult delivery times. Very helpful with prompt replies to questions. Thanks!!
