I’m currently looking at returning to cycling after a good few years break. I visited Sway Cycles and found their interest in my cycling and advice on trikes nothing short of superb.

Cant recommend recommend enough.

We could not recommend Sway Cycles enough. From the moment we first contacted Tony and Shelley to enquire about a particular bike, their customer service has been exceptional. Just a matter of days after that first phone call, they had arranged for the particular model of bike we were after to be sent to them for us to test ride. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional and their customer service and on-going support has exceeded our expectations. Tony and Shelley are extremely hard working, genuine people who truly care about providing the best service possible. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and are absolutely delighted with our wonderful new bike.

This one lovely Company. Has a feel good factor from the off. The people are freindly warm and welcoming. The work on my bike was first rate and very reasonable. The best experience I have had. Would reccomend 100%.

Spoke to Tony and his wife at their Lymington market stall. They were able to take us straight to their bicycle store, where they had a huge selection of e-bikes, in loads of different shapes and sizes. Being small, I often struggle to find a bike frame that fits - they had a choice of 2, in various wheel sizes, colours and voltage. There was plenty of space to test drive the bikes, plus try different saddles to ensure a perfect fit. Annual servicing can be done by a repair shop next door. Having been looking for a while, both online and in store (Halfords, Pure Electric), Sway Cycles had the perfect bike, at a fair cost, with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lovely purchase experience, lovely bike! Very happy customer. Thoroughly recommend!

Although we are in our mid seventies, and have not ridden bikes for more than fifty years, we decided to look at e-fold up bikes which would help us to pedal up hills and would be easy to transport between different locations.
We contacted Sway Cycles one afternoon and immediately Shelly invited us to visit the outlet in Lymington. She, together with her husband Tony, spent well over an hour showing us their extensive range of e-bikes and encouraged us to test ride several which they thought were appropriate for our requirements, i.e. mainly to use off road for individual journeys not exceeding thirty miles.
After a further couple of visits we chose to buy two MiRider bikes and within a week of purchase have ridden in both the New Forest and Surrey countryside.
Our sincere thanks go to Shelly and Tony for their time, professional advice and for fitting optional extras including mirrors and a luggage rack.
We would definitely recommend Sway Cycles.

I recently had my old push bike stolen. Was upset but decided to upgrade to electric as I do use the bike a lot for transport.

Booked an appointment with Tony and Shelly to try out their range of bikes - each one is slightly different but all great. In the end, I went for the Alboin Curve Alfine 8, as it really ticked all my boxes. But also loved the moutain bike, the Dutch handlebar version and the various step throughs.

Tony then took the time to make sure everything on the bike was just perfect, including positioning the lock, checking the handlebar angle was what I wanted, etc. I took it out for a 20km ride today to make an appointment, and get their a lot less stressed (no parking to worry about) and a lot calmer (no traffic issues!).

Really impressed with the whole experience and wish them all the best for the future. Might be back when my wife finally gets too jealous of my new bike for one of the Victoria range...

My old bike was going to cost me a bit to get it back on the road, so I decided to bite the the bullet and go down the electric route. Sway Cycles was recommended to me and I haven’t looked back. Shelley and Tony could not have been more helpful, they advised me to try a number of bikes and there was no hard selI. I finally decided on a Gepida Ruga Pro, which I have been really happy with. The bike has just had a free service after 100 miles, which was easily arranged, so no problems with after care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sway Cycles.

We stumbled onto Tony and Shelly's bike stall at Christchurch market in September.
My husband had previously done his homework on electric bikes and spoke in length with both Tony and Shelly about what we wanted from a bike.
We were very impressed with the bikes and left with information leaflets they gave us.
As we were returning home the next day from our holiday, we decided to take up Tony and Shelly's offer of test ride the bikes they had in their shop and made an appointment for that afternoon.
We tried 3 different bikes and each one had different qualities. I found the bike that was right for me, a Reptalia 1000 in grey with a 500 watt battery.
As we could not take it with us we arranged a time and day for it to be delivered to us in Kent.
The service and aftercare was excellent, we even brought accessories which are of excellent quality.
My bike is everything i want and need, and riding it is a pleasure.
Perfect, love it!
We wish Tony and Shelly every success and will returning to buy a bike for my husband in the near future.

After visiting Shelley & Tony at their store in Lymington, they kindly went through the various models of Gepida e bikes. As there were different types & sizes of bikes they advised me to try them all, luckily a couple of hundred yards from the store was a quiet country lane allowing me to really get the feel of the different models.

I finally went for the Gepida Reptilla 1000 Deore In Red. They kindly delivered my bike a few hours later after their technician Ryan had given it the final inspection.
Two days later on a lovely sunny Saturday I rode my bike for over five hours just stopping at various locations for a cappuccino, I actually covered over 40 miles, & it was a very easy & lovely experience.

I would recommend a visit to Sway Cycles but expect to be there for a few hours

We bought two different bikes and are so happy with them.
The service was great and no pressure into buying the bikes
We found that we could try all the bikes and find which ones were better for us
Would recommend to anybody to visit the shop .
