Do not buy there. It has been 4 weeks and I am still trying to return the items. Get a scam response every week and my return is not being progressed. Quality, material, everything is horrible!

I agree WITH ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING that has been written about this so called MELBOURNE based company.
I am FURIOUS with myself for being "sucked in"!!!!! Too good to be true......these products are a DISGRACE.
I received a response to my email; I was informed I would have to pay for return to ASIA which they said is expensive OR I could have 20% REFUND on my purchase!!
VERY VERY hesitant to accept this offer as I would not wish them accessing my credit card details!
Thoughts?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Quality appalling. Not sure I would even pass the goods onto charity BUT I think I will because then my $409 is not WASTED.
I have learnt a VERY hard lesson from this one & quite embarrased to say "They got me!".
My ACTUAL rating is ZERO!

Scam company. Changes its name frequently. The items are such terrible quality that at first I thought that I had received the wrong things. I can’t believe a I feel for this! Steer clear at all costs.

Complete scam - can’t believe I fell for it! Products did arrive about 4 weeks later but had no labels or material description - definitely not cashmere as described & the XL was ridiculously small. Products posted from China - extremely poor quality & nothing like images online. Don’t make my mistake!

Just received the goods, they are total rubbish. Not cashmere as advertised but synthetic rubbish with a white rag impersonating a shirt which was not part of the description on the site. These will be going straight in the bin.

Don’t buy anything from this company. They are in China. Melbourne SweaterLab shouldn’t be allowed to use that name as they are not from Melbourne!! If you order something you won’t get what you pay for. I ordered a lovely crochet jumper. What I got was nothing like the picture and it’s knitted not even crocheted. It looks nothing like the picture. It was on special and $150 off the price. The jumper they sent me is poor in quality and style. The yarn isn’t soft it’s awful and rough. The scarf wasn’t what I was expecting either and they sent me a damaged one with black marks on it. I’m trying to return both items and they keep saying that I have to pay return costs. I have said to them to read their returns policy because if you receive a faulty item or damaged goods then they have to pay the return charge. They keep saying that I have to pay to return both items. So far I’ve not managed to get anywhere with the return…. terrible service and terribly poor quality items.

absolutely rubbish cheap chinese product and total scam. one of the items arrived with hole in packet and pull in jumper - contacted them via email listed on paypal and have had absolutely no response.
Do not waste your money, better quality at Target !

Absolute rubbish - marketed as cashmere blend - polyester - and so cheap looking . Came from China - definitely not an Australian company -very angry with myself for not checking reviews before being scammed .

My preference is to give this zero stars. This is a scam online store and has just rebranded to marina mode. Do not spend your money here.

Terrible product, can't fit over my head, doesn't feel like cashmere. No tags, no idea how to wash? Sent from China to UK to Aus, took 2 weeks to arrive. Also, no comms or receipt or invoice in the package, and returns information! Would not buy, am trying to return

Ordered 'high quality woolen sweater with embroidered flowers', received a cheap polyester jumper with an indistinct flower print, no embroidery at all. Unwearable. A $5 sweater sold for $60 (supposedly reduced from $160!!!)

Chinese company pretending to be a family business originating in Castlemaine using woollen materials and taking great pride in their work. This could NOT BE FURTHER from the truth. Firstly I knew something was up when the goods didn't arrive after two weeks and they were supposed to be coming from Melbourne.
They did eventually arrive and the jumpers were 100% synthetic with no labels and threads hanging out. Appauling quality that you couldn't even wear as they were SO BAD!
DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS TO THIS MOB.

Did get my order! Extremely disappointed with quality of product! Cannot be bothered to send back as definitely came from China just rerouted once re dived in Australia. Really cheap looking and feeling? Not an Australian made product. ANOTHER THING NOT ONE TAG ON PRODUCT TO DESCRIBE FIBRE CONTENT OR CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS, probably fall to pieces once washed
