says 2-3 delivery days but its now been 7 days since its been 'sent'.. postnord says the package has been registered but they havent gotten it. now my present wont arrive before christmas. if you have delayed delivery or whatever at least let ur customers know and dont advertise with 2-3 delivery days.

I am very sorry to hear this.
We did not have delayed deliveries at the time, and PostNord should really deliver in maximum 2-3 days according to themselves and that is the service we pay them for. This is a case of a delay by PostNord that is outside of our control.
Actually, we'd be pleased if you direct the feedback directly towards them about this.

Now of course, we have our responsibility, and we want to work with the best shipping companies.
Very soon you will be able to choose Bring as shipping (and we will work directly with them, not through DHL), and we do belive that this will bring (no pun intended) more reliable shipping times.

However, as a last word, no shipping company is perfect. There is no shipping company in the world that can always keep up with their shipping times. We did send the order in time, (same day that you ordered).

Honestly, it is not fair to blame us for this. When you order something online, you need to be aware of and expect that the shipping companies can have delays, no matter which shipping company. This delay from postnord could have happened wherever you ordered from.
We'd appreciate if you could remove this review since we do not deserve it, instead please leave a review for PostNord. Thank you.

If you don´t have something good say, don't say anything at all...

Not satisfied, but after posting here on trustpilot someone from customer-service at least contacted me and I got my money refunded.

I am very sorry about your experience.
There is an extremely high number of orders during Black Friday and throughout the end of November, then an equally large wave of customer service cases follows. Now we have about 10x more customer service cases than usual and we are about 4 working days behind in handling customer service.
We must ask you to be patient and understanding about the situation.

This was completely a delay by the shipping company and totally out of our control.
