Shy of a month later and haven't received my order.
I ordered the eyelash serum with the complimentary mascara... on JANUARY 5TH. I paid extra for quicker delivery. I have only received updates from SWEED when I have reached out to them directly...
I reached out on Jan 13th because there was no email notifying me it had been shipped, and they informed me they had actually sold out and were waiting to restock. Why didn't they let me know once they received my order or update me? I do not know.
I reached out last week for an update, and they said the serum has been restocked and that my order should be packaged and processed soon.
I reached out this week since there have been no updates, and was told that its in the final stages of their order processing...this was 2 days ago and still....NO UPDATES ON MY ORDER.
It's been almost a month since I ordered it, and NOTHING. No refund for my expedited delivery payment, and no proactive outreach to keep me informed.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
