I ordered a 12 piece set of dinnerware
I ordered a 12 piece set of dinnerware. The merchandise arrived in a timely manner and the quality is 5 star. The problem is, one of the large bowls was broken in the shipment. I took a picture of it before taking it out of the box, then a second picture when I unpacked it. It was broken in half.
Inside the shipping box is a lovely message from Sweejar. It thanks you for your purchase and says: "Product not satisfied?--Let us fix it for you." They also say, "Our customer support team will respond to you within 24 hours". I have emailed them 4 times (photos and order number included as per their website instructions.) . I did receive a reply requesting that I send them the dimensions of the broken bowl. (I had already sent them photos of the packing and the broken bowl). I replied to them and after a week have not heard back from them. The phone number they list is in China, tried called and it is not a valid number.
Again, no complaint about the merchandise, but their customer service is terrible.
