Not actually instant redemptions …
Finally get through the ridiculous playthrough requirement of $340 for received $15 extra sweeps, and $100 min cash out which claims to be instant, fully verified everything and my card, received email saying payment was sent and should be in account within 30 mins. Check status and it says payment failed so I contacted support who said my accounts fine but payments take 24 hours which I dont about you but the term instant is way different that 24 hours. Moozi, diambet, dimesweeps, modo, myprize all actually paid me instantly, jackpot go takes about 2 hours. Why would I continue playing this ridiculous platform?

Hi there,
Thank you for feedback!
We are glad your redeem went through, but we deeply apologize for the frustrating delay. You have every right to expect a seamless and truly instant experience. The initial failure was likely due to your bank's security review for first-time card redeems, which can unfortunately push the timeline up to 24 hours.
Our customer support team is also always available to help clarify any additional questions you may have with your redemptions.

Outstanding customer service
Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient is what I experienced. I had multiple little issues and questions. They were amazing. She's made sure that I was good with everything. She seemed to really care for her customers. She was perfectly supportive. She deserves a raise.

Redemption Process THUMBS DOWN
The games are fun a wide selection. Payment amounts to purchase coins kinda high. Think you getting a promotion purchase and still have to add more money to get redemption. I’m not gonna put in 1,000 just to be able to redeem.
August 18, 2026
Reply from SweepKing
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Promotional SC may come with playthrough requirements that need to be completed before those funds become eligible for redemption. You do not need to spend $1,000 simply to redeem. If something in your account is showing otherwise, please contact our support team so we can review the specific promotion and explain exactly what remains to be completed.
Just like every other scam app out there
Just like every other app out there. Straight garbage. First off you should NEVER have to deposit a " certain amount just to be able to withdraw, nor win a certain amount to withdraw but yet only after you play a certain amount". Considering you have to make a card deposit just to get more redeeming options Is pathetic. It's greedy and screams "I wanted to start my own business but couldn't afford to start my own business. So therefore I'm gonna rob people of their money Off of a business that I had no business starting"
Put my last $10 in , win 2000. Try to cash out but have to deposit another 80 just to get more options. However ive already used my last 10. Absolutely stupid
