Ordered in May to be delivered to the UK, order was confirmed but still waiting. I contacted them and they said they were having some delays but I would receive it, still not received. Cannot get tracking details, I have contacted them again for an update, no response yet...beginning to think its a scam.

I feel completely scammed by this mask. It isn't remotely weighted. It isn't blackout. Looks nothing like the images. Didn't come in the packaging on the website.
Company aired me despite me consistently asking for a refund.

Paid for expedited delivery; it took 2 days shy of a month to arrive despite the extra fee. Emailed to chase; they waited till 5 minutes after delivery to get back to me. AVOID!
