I’m currently waiting for support to reply to me. They contacted me stating I provided the information needed to verify "one" of my cards. Funny thing about that is I only used one single card for two separate transactions on there site and have the screenshots from there transaction history and my bank account to prove it they’re asking me for proof from a card I don’t even have and was not used on there site! I will not change my review to 5 stars until I recieve my 300 sc redeem this is outrageous.
UPDATE: they paid out shortly after I proved multiple times I used one card. This site is a trustworthy sister site I just think since they’re new they’ve been having some issues

My verification and first redemption went smoothly for $300, but now my second redemption is steady pending and customer service keep saying be patient when redemption is supposed to be instant. I would change this when the problem is fixed but right now would not recommend

​I am writing to share a frustrating experience I’ve had with SweepstakesCasino.com. After having several successful redemptions, I recently attempted to redeem winnings again, only to have the redemption fail. When I reached out to customer support for assistance, I was met with a lack of help and felt I was being blocked from their chat support. Despite being a loyal user, I am now unable to access my funds or receive any clarification on why my redemption was rejected. I wanted to caution others about these types of issues with this platform.

Top Notch customer service, very helpful and super fast responding to my questions! I do enjoy the variety of games the site has. But I’m running into an issue that also made me leave their sister sites. Anytime I win more than like $200, my redemption just sites there on pending, I’ll message support, email support, typically they just ignore me, this time this site did actually email me back and said they would reach out to compliance and get back with me. I was using Thrillcoins before and this same exact problem I ran into, I even double verified my cards, there should be literally zero reasons why my redemptions aren’t instant, only a handful of sites actually hold true to the instant redemption and that’s why they thrive because most players base their play off redemptions. It’s just aggravating that I keep being left in the dark for hours and days. Today it’s only been 6 hours, but I just verified last week, same payment method, there shouldn’t be a reason my redemption is held, other than this complaint, they are great, I’ll update review and grade when/if my redemption clears.

UPDATE: I’ll be the first to admit when I had the wrong judgement, and in this situation I most certainly did. In a matter of less than a hour after I contacted live support, they had got my redemption approved. This is the type of customer support that will put a site levels above others. I can say this is top 2 best customer service experiences I’ve had and I just wanted to really thank sweepstakescasino for that and able to be a safe place in online gambling. I am a bit nervous after reading other reviews regarding withdrawal issues. This site advertises instant redemptions; however, after purchasing a package and winning a small amount, my redemption attempt was marked as 'failed.' I was then asked to email photos of my card to support. I have submitted the requested photos and am currently waiting for a response. I would be wary of using this site for now. I will update this review based on how they handle my situation.

I stumbled upon this casino last week, brought a package deal and won enough for a cashout. Verification process was fairly quick there was a small issue but customer service was extremely fast and helpful and my account was verified within 48 hours. I want to love this site. I was going to refer all my friends. They keep telling me they are working on my redemption. Then they kick it back to my account. I message their team and they don't give me an answer. Instead they tell me that I should try smaller amounts because bigger ones take more time. I will change my review once they fix the site. I am holding off referring all my friends until they fix the site
