After reading a few others reviews, it seems they must have a misunderstanding somewhere. Sweeptastics has always been beyond amazing! The redemption process is quick and so easy. The playthrough requirements are low! The best part of it all though, is their customer support. You can have a great platform but if your customer support is horrid, Noone wants to even deal with playing. Sweeptastics has everything top-notch, day in and day out!

Their payment processing is unreliable. They will charge you and mark the charge as pending and then require you to provide a bank statement to prove you paid them for the service they didn't provide. Avoid if you don't like disputing charges on your credit card and then being threatened by their support staff.

I got a call Thursday from them to see why I hadn't been on their site and to be honest I completely forgot about them because of their play through requirement. Well the nice gentleman told me about their new play through requirements which is only 1 time, compared to 3 which it used to be. I deposited $10 for the 15 sc package and got all the way up to $1800. I played it back down to $600 and cashed out Saturday at around 7 and after sending my bank statement I had it in my account this afternoon (Sunday) decided to load $25 again this evening and won $1100! I just put in another redemption and we'll see if it's in my account tomorrow. Now the play through is only one time and the first redemption was quick, I'll definitely be depositing more often.

I had to deal with some purchase issues and one of my welcome offers disappeared. Customer support worked with me quickly and honored the deal after the fact. Their response time was good and I felt well taken care of as a player.

So I'm still having an issue with them. Paying me for my winnings. They keep coming up with me wanting to show verification of a Cash App Account Statement? Where is I have provided for them. And they keep saying no, now they want. It has to be from a bank. Well, cash out is the bank that I used from where the card is issued. Period and then I receive an email saying that they want a statement from a prepaID Card that I use which was from the lottery. Mawhere you redeem your winnings onto a prepaid Visa. Now these people have these cards on file and are very capable of reviewing this and seeing that it is a prize redemption card. That was used period however, they continue to refuse to payment. And it has been one circus act after another. To jump through hoops to not pay me. This is not the first time however, I'll give them a second chance. When the first redemption I tried a couple months back was over $300. They did not pay out.
But give me the run around the end. This size is 100%. Trying to scan people now I have a issue with wondering why it is that they will accept these cards and let people pay them their money off of them. But then when it comes to redeeming money, they have an issue with the card. Now, how is that possible? So I would say that if they have an issue with the card, they should be returning that money to those cards correctly.

Sweeptastic uses innovative ways to avoid paying on redemption requests. It’s designed to frustrate and annoy. I am not going to go into detail, I am just going to say that you had better be prepared to get the most unique runaround if you request a redemption. The redemption process is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE GAMING EXPERIENCE.

Different from the other worst experience I had over at dingdingding in that their customer service chooses to barely respond, and when they do so it is at 10-12 pm PDT.

THEY SUCK. Spend your money at Zula, or Pulsz. Golden Hearts Games. All three are quick, hassle free redemption. This place is designed to anger you off and take your money.

I am currently waiting on an email response from the support team. They requested additional documentation in order to process my redemption and it’s very hard to get in touch with them..:( aside from that platform is okay.

I have been a member of the site for quiet sometime now. It is nothing like the other sweep sites. It states you get daily SC and the only SC I have ever received was when I purchased a package. I haven't even received so much as free gold coins. Definitely doesn't operate as a sweep coin site. I will not be depositing anymore funds.

Fast withdraws, when it comes to winning, you’ve got to be able to know when the system is going to let you win or not (withdraw process is fast as long as everything is perfect but many withdrawal options do not work, some cards are fine some are not for that)

One major issue that occurs is, I’ll be playing and I won’t win anything all while my balance will be decreasing as expected, then a message will pop up saying “you are not logged in” so I’ll refresh the page and all of a sudden it’s functioning as it should except for the fact that Supposedly I have been not logged in so now I’ve playing and loosing money with zero possibility of actually winning up until I refresh the page…bad deal so be very vigilant with lots of page refreshing.

Plenty of other site glitches not listed but the one I did list is the make or break the bank one.

-I’ve cashed out prolly around $5,000…$550 at a time in the last few months and have spent around $2500 I’d estimate.
