Amazing service and they delivered two beautiful mugs of my dog. The figurines were nearly identical to my dog and they paid close attention to the markings on his face and body, down to his little nub tail.

Not received an item; several weeks after it was stated it would arrive. Ordered a mug 8 weeks ago. Company admitted not even made yet. No longer wanted as it was for a birthday present, which came and went ages ago. They kept making excuses. Now when I’ve asked for a refund, they are ignoring my emails. I have opened a case with PayPal. They will find out soon enough, that I won’t except anything but a full refund.

Over two months of waiting time.
Every time I approach them they are giving me a new delayed date.
After over two months of waiting, I asked to cancel the order and a refund, with no help.
Not recommended.

I requested a mug with my friend's dog in the center. On their website in the "words on some cup" or some other nonsense, they request that you put what text you and where you want it on the mug. I wrote "'Zoey' on the side'". Totally just means put Zoey on the side of the cup right?

They sent me a mug that says "'Zoey' on the side" of the cup. Absolutely unusable and ungiftable. I emailed back requesting they fix it, I heavily explained what they did wrong. I get an email with the second mug that still says that same stupid phrase. I emailed them back immediately and told them not to send that because they fixed nothing. It was shipped before they emailed me to "confirm it was right".

Long story short, they won't refund me. I have actually asked for a refund many many many times in this process but they ignore it and send nonsensical replies like "So sorry send more money we can fix!". They say it's my fault that they don't understand basic English. They will redo the mug but I have to send another $10.

Now they're finally responding to the refund request and they are saying it's not a quality problem so they won't refund it. If this isn't a quality problem I do not know what is. Just go buy a stupid mug somewhere else, these are obviously drop shipped.

The mug took a lot of time to arrive — i ordered it in November and received it today in February, although i did par for express shopping. Other than that disappointement, i am so happy with the mug and how it turned out!

I have ordered two mugs from this place - firstly the pets didn’t look very similar to the reference photos. But most importantly it has taken months to arrive. Expect waiting time to be around 3 months

I ordered a custom mug of my dog to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday in mid-January. Today is February 14th and the mug has still not arrived. After reaching out to customer service in a number of different avenues, they told me they had a backlog and would send it after the lunar new year. Finally, they sent over an order number and a photo of the mug supposedly before they sent it out. The ceramic dog looks absolutely nothing like my dog, it's insultingly lazy. What an absolute joke. Do not buy from these scammers.

While the mug did take almost 2 months to be delivered, it was so cute and perfect and my friends (who it was a gift for) loved it!

I know the delays have been frustrating for a lot of people but just bear in mind that these are hand made and custom, just try to be patient.

They also did they best to be as communicative with me as possible which I really appreciated and made me feel as though ease.

I ordered this mug on November 28, 2023 and it finally arrived from China on February 3, 2024. I paid for expedited shipping when I placed the order. The mug did have the two dogs figures I asked for and the custom pattern of bananas that I requested painted on the outside as well as one black smudge. The dogs appear to be made in a mold and painted by hand. It's 250 ml/8 oz but much less will fit with the dog figures inside. The company made me aware my order would be delayed but certainly not by this many weeks. I was also told that I would be shown a photo of my order to approve. I did receive a photo, but not until after the mug was shipped on its way to me. This mug was a gift and the recipient thought it was cute despite it being very late.

I absolutely love my cup!

It looks exactly like my two dogs, and better than I could have ever imagined.
The two dogs coming out of the cup are such a cool idea, and they delivered on the custom paintings too 👏🏻
It did take longer than I would have liked for it to arrive, but it was so worth the wait!

The mugs are absolutely fantastic, i ordered one for my wife and one for my sister each depicting our two family dogs. Suffice to say the rest of my family want one now too. Many of the reviews mention order time, unfortunately this was the case for me aswell, it took about 2.5 months, but well worth the wait.

Whilst receiving the mugs took longer than I was expecting, I received all three this week and they are amazing. Each mug had 2 dogs (so 6 in total between the 3 mugs) and they all turned out SO cute and look exactly like the real dogs to my pleasant surprise. Additionally I requested different colors and designs on each mug and they came out perfectly down to the shade of each color I asked for. Could not be happier with the mugs - be patient and hopefully you will be too!

Also, I got near immediate responses via Instagram when I asked for an update on my order.

We had such a great experience using this company! When ordering anything personalized, I always expect a lengthy processing time, so the wait did not bother me at all. We chose the option to have the artist choose the design, and we received a beautiful mug with adorable mushroom designs with our perfect pups in the inside of the mug. I highly recommend this as a thoughtful gift for any pet lover - just make sure to factor in extra time!

I am new at internet shopping, and a bit worried. Sweerdiarys are not only creative and do a great product, they are also very professional and fair.
There was a mixup with the spelling of my dogs name but that was not a problem for them, they sent me a new cup.

Although it took some time to hear back on this item due to holiday delays (completely understandable), I am ultimately really happy with my experience! We just received photos of the final product and it looks great, now just waiting for it to be shipped and arrive!

5 weeks late. They blamed Christmas backlog, but that’s no excuse for being that late. I paid extra for expedited delivery, and they literally put it on the slow boat from China.

These reviews are so mean and insensitive. Angry customers are ignoring the fact that they are a small business (2 people!!!) and got SLAMMED for the holidays in an unprecedented way. Be grateful that your order didn’t get refunded or rushed in production. My mug came out perfect, granted late, but super cute and all in one shape. They even partially refunded me after I forgot to submit a discount code. These people are legitimate hard workers and have been nothing but transparent and hospitable throughout this whole process. Ignore the one stars!!!!!

The original mug I ordered and received was not what I asked for but the company has been communicating with me and have since remade the mug at no extra cost and have sent me a photo. It’s now on its way to me. It’s very cute just as you see in their pictures.

I placed my order on Nov 16 as a gift for my mother who recently lost two dogs within two years. Today, January 11th, I finally received the mug. I was worried they were not a legitimate company after seeing some of these reviews but what seemed to have happened was that they advertised too heavily causing an influx of orders they couldn’t keep up with. The mug is cute, but not exact to her dogs. They ask you to send photos of the dogs from different angles and unfortunately it seemed a little rushed because details were missed. It’s still cute though and close enough to her dogs where if I saw it in a store I’d probably still buy it for her. Can’t say I’d repurchase again, will probably opt for someone on Etsy instead.
