I was truly impressed by my experience with Sweetie. The products arrived beautifully packaged, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The colour is absolutely stunning, and the full set looks fantastic on my beagle. The thoughtful features like the escape-proof lock buckles and the added handles provide greater control and peace of mind during walks.

Customer service was equally excellent - friendly, responsive, and very helpful.

I would highly recommend Sweetie to anyone seeking stylish, high-quality, and functional gear for their dog.

We ordered an orange harness for our pooch and a blue collar. When it came we realised we should have gone with the (more expensive) blue harness with locking clips (which we didn't need) as they clashed. (I as a man didn't care. My wife didn't see blue or orange. See saw red!). When we purchased there was a banner saying free returns - but this was apparently a mistake as the normal T&C said returns have to be paid for.

Sweetie's customer service was BRILLIANT! We pointed out the inconsistency and why we wanted to exchange - especially as we wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday deals too. They said we should pay to return the orange harness, but would then send us the blue one without us paying the difference. This was fantastic and so we were really happy at this (which was much more than expected - we'd expected to have to pay the difference between harnesses).

We've made Sweetie our goto supplier of products for our pooch as the product quality is so good. They are also really responsive if you ask questions. We've got two leads (one a dual lead for two dogs but we used it when our pooch pulled too much - after a few months he stopped and we went back to the bungie lead). We've got the new harness (although often need to wash it when he wanders into mud on walks). We've got a treat bag that's great.

We also had the thick leads but he chewed through these when he was a puppy.

We can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a problem with our dogs harness which was covered by a lifetime warranty. We emailed the customer services department and quickly received a no ifs or buts response confirming the size and type of harness for a replacement. We then received an email confirming despatch. Within two days it was received. I confirmed receipt and received a lovely response. Why can’t all companies operate like Sweetie? Highly recommended.

I have a rescue dog called, Max who was badly abused, I bought the Sweetie no pull lead, which has made an amazing difference in his training, he managed to stretch the lead, and Sweetie has replaced it, I have also just bought a no pull harness, and that is amazing too, the products are life changing, and great quality. I would highly recommend to any one, they really help and are covered with a lifetime warranty, and delivery is quick, they are good value so are the best products you could ask for.

I recently had an issue with the Sweetie rope lead I bought a couple of years ago and messaged the company to ask about the lifetime warranty.
They were amazing dealing with the issue and replied to all my questions immediately, even though it was Sunday. After sending a photo of the problem, they have now dispatched a replacement to me in less than 24 hours.
Their customer service is absolutely amazing and it’s a real pleasure to deal with a company that honours its promises so efficiently and with no hassle to myself. Well done, I will definitely recommend you to my friends 🌟

I ordered the orange rope lead and the neoprene padded collar on Sunday 27th August and it was delivered by Royal mail on Tuesday 29th August. That's with a bank holiday in between! Well impressed with efficiency and speed, and the products are so well made. They came in lovely drawstring bags which are excellent quality and the bags were also in plastic zipped bags with the Sweetie logo on. They are delightful and will store my poop bags and dog treats nicely. An added bonus. 😁There were also little lovely message cards with each item which show to me that this company care about their customers and products. I have tried the lead. It is so sturdy and reassuring to both me and my Labrador Nala. She responded so much better to any tug on it in comparison with the old lead. I love the traffic handle as it gave me instant control when another dog went past. Nala goes hyper with other dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products. I only wish they sold more products such as beds and covers.

I’m so glad I found this company. I have a 4month old Jack Russell terrier who is doing lead training. I had a rope puppy lead but I have arthritis in my hands and wrist and was struggling with discomfort. I purchased a Sweetie Bungee lead and what a difference both for me and my dog it’s amazing. I’m now waiting for his new collar. Thank you so much your products are wonderful 😊

What a fantastic find “Sweetie” is.
Although a small family run company you would have to go a long way to find such helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amelia was so very helpful after Royal Mail sent my purchase on a tour of the North West:)) She took charge of my query, following it through to a successful conclusion. You can buy from this small company & expect great customer service and well made, useful items for you and your faithful four legged freind! Ordered a new dog lead for my border collie who is reactive to other dogs and this lead was brilliant for control and strong too it had an extra handle half way down the lead, would definitely recommend excellent for the price too.

Purchased collar and double handled lead. The lead especially is brilliant. I suffer from the beginnings of arthritis in my fingers, and my nutty spaniel pulls like a train, so normal leads cause pain in my joints. This lead is soft and has a thicker diameter of cord which is super comfortable. Never use any other now 10/10

I found this website through a local dog rescue website and ordered 10 treat bags for the rescue. Seeing the lovely condition of these items I ordered one for me, then I bought two for the lovely people at the vets for Christmas. They were delighted with them. I also ordered a lovely matching collar and lead for my German Shepherd and she marches the streets with her head held high. We love these products and find the staff very helpful and friendly. Such a helpful and courteous company. I was particularly impressed with the tasteful packaging and the high quality of everything I have purchased from them.

Top quality cross body pouch with comfy adjustable strap for dog treats, poo bags, torch, mobile phone, muzzles etc. Can't be without it! Fabulous orange trim too so i can leave my phone light on and it acts like a rear light when walking in the dark- perfect in Wintertime. Cannot recommend highly enough. The collapsible water bowl was an extra bonus with purchase. Very fast delivery too.

I have had several double handed leads from sweetie, the only leads I can get for my 2 boxers that are solid and don't break! I purchased the collars on my last order and these are also excellent quality and perfect for my dogs and true to size! Can't recommend enough especially if you have strong dogs and you need the extra support with the second handle for control.

Purchased a double handled rope lead for my dog. The design is fabulous. I can use it for town strolls and country sniffaris where I want him to have more room to roam. The best lead I've had and I tried quite a few types. The quality is also really good. Ordering and delivery faultless.
