Sweet Kids Inc has Worst Customer Service

The vendor Sweet Kids Inc provides worst customer service. Placed an order, got lost and they didn't refund on time and wanted to charge me again for lost dresses to ship again. When finally the dresses arrived they wanted to charge me again without receiving previous refund. The sales associate was very unpolite and unkind. Never seen a wholesaler with such an unprofessional team. Complained with managment and they agreed with the way their team handle the situation. Don't trust them. Horrible supplier!
