We have had loads of orders, they are always delivered within the stated time frame. The sweets are delicious and I often order them for gifts for friends and family.

I have placed an order 8 days ago, I have tried to contact you in every way, email, Instagram, message but I have had no response. I don’t even know if my order is going to arrive or not. The only thing that has changed is that I got an email
To say it was dispatched 3 days ago but that’s it!!!

I received the wrong product from this company but that isn’t my main issue. I expected to be able to contact them and send back the wrong order so that they could send me the correct product.

After sending 3+ emails, an Instagram message and at least 7 messages on their website live chat. I have never heard from them. Their customer service is absolutely poor.

It’s been over 2 weeks since I received my order and still no contact or even the correct product that I ordered.

Would have rated 0 stars. Poor service and communication. Unreasonable delay in dispatching order, failure to ensure it was sent and received in time for a family occasion or within 3-4 days of placing the order which was a week ago. Delivery still not received.

This is a small family run business so I have contemplated giving this feedback carefully, however despite giving them a number of chances to address the issue they just have not been forthcoming and I put this down to their view of what good customer service is simply not aligning to what many people expect these days.

I ordered a box of sweets on 21 December expecting delivery by 31 December (even with the Christmas delays) which is not an unreasonable explanation. It’s now 9th Jan and the sweets have not arrived.

The company have not specified when the sweets were sent and have suggested they were lost in the post.
I requested that a replacement be sent ASAP but they have refused until Royal Mail investigate the loss, however the company will not specify how long I have to wait for this despite requests.

The company explained they were closed from 21 dec over the Christmas period, however this was not clear on their website and no mention was made as the transaction was being processed.

The lack of important information about the availability of their service over the Christmas period is poor, however their response to the missing sweets is even worse. I have been clear that sending out a timely replacement is a reasonable expectation especially as what they sell is likely to be a gift that is date dependable, but unfortunately they were not willing to do this which is a great shame. I can now see others have had similar experiences of missing items from their reviews. I can only suggest the company considers another postage provider, make the limitations of service very clear on their website and rethink their approach to customer services. I was hoping to use this company for other gifts and team rewards, however I will not use them again and unfortunately can not recommend them to others.

Hopefully this feedback will prompt a change in approach for the company so they can continue to grow.

I like how we can see the sweets we are choosing they have pictures and not words as many people forget the sweets they like. Arrived quickly ready for Christmas my dad enjoyed them

Couldn’t recommend them enough! Really fast delivery, I ordered quite last minute before Christmas and it arrived in time. Amazing service and gorgeous sweets. I bought the sweets for my girlfriend but I’ll be definitely ordering myself some ☺️😍

Bought as a Christmas present.
She loved them - we always look for these type of sweets when we go into olde sweet shops so I was pleased to find an online shop. Packaging is eco friendly, arrived in good time!

Sweet pouches are incredible, a large variety of sweets to choose from and at decent prices . Delivery was very quick too. Will definitely be ordering again!

Thought this place could use another good review, as there are a few bad ones that would put people off using the site thinking it was a scam - me almost being one of them, but seeing their Instagram page/story changed my mind because I could see pictures of customers orders.

My order arrived after a couple of days - much faster than expected for standard delivery and the price was reasonable, especially with the 15% intro discount. Everything was packaged well. The only thing I can’t vouch for is the actual sweets as it was purchased as a gift! Would definitely use again!

Absolutely love this pick and mix! I chose one of the boxes and can’t believe how heavy it was when it arrived! Great selection to choose from and fast delivery! It’s such a quality service that I will definitely use again! Highly recommend

I think this is a scam website please avoid. My order confirmation went straight to junk mail and I haven’t heard anything since, that was a week ago! I’ve messaged them via there website with no reply, and when I tried to email them this morning it says the email address does not exist
