5* response to delivery issue
I had an issue with my order going missing once it was handed over to RM for delivery. This was swiftly resolved once I notified the company of the issue and I promptly received a replacement a few days later. Great customer service. Sweets are excellent and would be happy to purchase from again.

Great & unique selection of Irn Bru confectionery
My order arrived very quickly and well packaged. Very reasonably priced for a great selection of Irn Bru confectionery that isn't readily available in local stores or supermarkets. Bought this selection as part of a Christmas hamper for family in England who love anything Irn Bru, so wanted something special. Will be passing on this companies details to them as I think they'll want to place their own orders. I bought an extra bag of the Irn Bru bottles as we hadn't tried these before & we really like the flavour and slight fizz (not sour) of these and will definitely be buying more for ourselves. Highly recommend this seller.

Ordered my usual item , paid correct price & postage ; took over ten days to hear anything & then have a card posted through my door from Royal Mail lack of postage charges from sender ..of £4.80 , bear in mind I’ve just paid £3.99 so that would be nearly £9.00 in postal charge; that’s outrageous & sweet memories customer service are very negative in dealing wiv it ?
So angry and disappointed in them , so as it goes still waiting for my sweets and or refund .. NOT VERY GOOD BEHIND THE SCENES !
I’m sorry but what’s that got to do with my order ??
I’ve told you what the problem is and the reason , but you still haven’t resolved the issues , just telling me what I already know ???

sorry but i did say you in one the emails we sent you that you ordered a pre order item Bobby's Snake Winder Strawberry & Cream (UK) Pre Order for Dispatch the 20th November
thats why delay in dispatch and i also sent you the Enquiry Reference # 241122-007818
that we got from royal mail to try find what hey claiming is wrong with parcel as its been posted as normal as i mentioned we always post them 2kg small parcel as you have in the past same as everyone else buys that item
but we still waiting for reply from royal mail
Sorry but as i said in emails i have no idea what the problem is so not sure how i can fix it till royal mail lets me know as its not over weight or over size but they not let me know which they are claim it is but ive told them we send 100's the same item which they all been delivered apart from this one so whats the problem with it and still waiting for the get back to me
after royal mail finally delivered your parcel they still not given me a reason for the stop as i paid no extra charges they just say case is closed now ?
