Do not buy, i didnt see reviews ordered a large order, no response from them at all when asking for when it was going to be delivered dispute with clearpay 10 days later an order turns up, half order missing they tell clearpay i have received my order and they closed my dispute, conning company do not use at all

Wish I’d looked at this before ordering, ordered in the 3rd of November giving me good time to receive it for my son bday.

They’ve taken my money, ignored all communication from myself and have not sent what I have ordered.

Hopefully someone will read this and not order through these like I have. I’ve opened a dispute with Clearpay, really they should remove them from their website

I placed an order for dinner sets needed for my daughter's school project. The order was confirmed via email but then heard no more. I contacted them via email after 7 days and again heard nothing. The order did not arrive. I made a claim for a refund visa my credit card company.( Interestingly they then found possible fraud on my card too! Coincidence?) After another week a box of sweets arrived with no writing to say who it was from/no order form. All the deets on the box were incorrect. Nothing I ordered. I emailed again. But no response. Absolutely awful company. And one very sad little girl who couldn't complete her project at half term. Do not order from them.

Just following up on my earlier review - the company has now refunded the money, for which I am thankful.

I have ordered from this so called award winning company ,they cancell some of my order when they show still in stock ,this time i ordered 29th october 2025 ,still saying processing ,some stock cancelled and not deducted from my account . would never waste my time with this awful company again .

Site says 2 to 3 working days for delivery. 10 days later still nothing. WhatsApp message tells you to email but when you do it comes back as undeliverable. Sent Facebook message and text. Completely ignored. Only when contacting through clearpay was I refunded, got an email back saying items now out of stock. AVOID.

Ordered a big lot of sweets, delivery took ages and no response when I asked for an update. Eventually the order arrived with half sweets missing. Contacted several times to ask for a partial refund and they just ignore me. Now im out of pocket and left with stale, disgusting sweets that did bother to be sent. Avoid this conning company !

Beware!! Do not buy anything from this company. No delivery of any goods paid for. Emailed, contacted via social media, no response. Would leave 0 stars if possible

Do not buy for this joke of a sweet company. I placed an order which only half arrived and what did arrive was damaged and inedible due to being contaminated with broken plastic. I contacted them through several platforms, supplied them with picture evidence and still after 3 weeks nothing. No replacement like they promised or my missing items nor a refund until today when I threatened to take legal action. But they did not refund me all what I was owed as they only refunded me for the missing items not for the broken box of sweets that were contaminated with shards of plastic.
I have since requested why I did not get a a refund for the Haribo snakes but yet again radio silent from this shocking company!!! I will never purchase from them ever again and will be informing trading standards. They have since removed posts from social media and blocked not only me but others who have had the same problems with them. They also like to call people liars despite evidence being given to them.
Clear who the liars really are !!

please do not buy from this company they will only send out half of your order and they will also send out damaged goods they are a total scam they have done this not just to my sister but to 86 other people from what what i can see on trust pilot, i called them out on facebook and they just blocked me, always use trustpilot befor buying from places like this it will save you time money and effort

Ordered Orange M&Ms. The photo on their website shows standard milk chocolate M&Ms. Received peanut M&Ms. Rechecked the website and it does state in tiny writing a long way down the page that they are peanut.

This is dangerous. Imagine someone with a nut allergy inadvertently opening that box. Irresponsible.

Shame I could not put zero star! Part of my order missing, completed online form no response, 2 emails again nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, luckily I paid via Klarna who have put the remaining payments on hold until resolved

They failed to send the full order which I paid for, despite trying to contact them they do not reply. Two parts of the order missing. Judging by their reviews I am not surprised. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPAY. they do not seem to care about poor reviews or their customers. Absolute wast of time.

I placed an order on the 14th August and still nothing has arrived . I have made 5 or 6 attempts to contact them and absolutely no reply or correspondence back . Been on the phone to citizens advice and been told because its been over 30 days they are now in breach of contract so now going down this avenue to get the situation resolved . I did request a refund from them but again no correspondence back . So please do not buy from this company

Shocking company. Didn't send the amount ordered and what they did send had the best before date scratched off so probably out of date. In a Box that looked like it had been in a football match. The owner of this business is a liability to himself. Avoid at all costs. You will be disappointed 😞

I paid for 4 boxes of sweets, it’s been over 3 weeks and the website still saying processing.
I’ve emailed the company twice, sent two messages via the website and even reached out via facebook messenger. Not a single response. An absolute disgrace of a company!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Save your money look elsewhere. Shocking service! How they are still in business is beyond me.

Ordered sweets, some came, half didn’t and I only ordered in stock items. Emailed and just got a response with partial refund, no explanation, no apology.

Complete scam. Take your order and then never send and never reply to correspondence.

Wish I actually read these reviews before I ordered ive spent over £70 odd here for my daughters birthday, on the website it says delivery between 2-3 days but still not received ive tried emailing them sent messages on Facebook and tiktok still no reply ive commented on their ticktok for them to delete it, absolute shambles of a company be ok if they actually communicated but its radio silence.
