Sweet Sensations - Pick n Mix Sweets Delivered 

Haven’t received my order, it’s been 2 weeks now. No reply to the email I sent and the tracking code doesn’t work.

Got my son a movie box, and WOW! it's amazing! Thankyou so much!

I've used these guys a few times now as they are super efficient, always getting my order within 3 days so reliable too, obviously this might depend on where you live maybe and also get the option to add a photo to the front on the label. Again I have used this option in the past and was not disappointed. If I am being slightly picky I'd say it would be useful to know when the out of stock sweets (which can happen because these guys are in so much demand) are back in stock in case I have the time to place my order at a different time. Keep up the good work and who doesn't like a pic 'n' mix right. Big kids in all of us.

We spent over £40 on an order that contained crisps, fudge, popcorn, and ten bags of sweets. The 15% off on your first order Is appreciated. As is offering Klarna at checkout, that allows buy now and pay later. Everything arrived in 2 days, packaged perfectly. Everything tastes great and is fresh. We will be returning customers and will recommend them to family and friends.

Everything was very fresh and nice quality. The sweets were also separated into good quality packaging (thankfully lol) The box was meant to come with 6 tins of Lilt. Unfortunately two exploded. The box was not labeled as fragile the postman said so the fault wasn't from their end. Regardless, I was grateful to see the sweets well sealed in good quality packaging inside the now soggy box with a hole in it. I would return as the sweets and toffee were fresh and lovely tastings. I'll just remember not to order tins of drinks , too

My order was delivered short not the full package that I ordered with no explanation no paperwork saying my order was short no explanation of any kind.
After I emailed them asking why my order was short it took four days for them to reply.
Not good enough at all poor service be aware.
I've just noticed sweet sensation have replied to my review.
The was no explanation for the short delivery on the invoice nothing at all.
I payed through PayPal and as of today 15/8/22 no money has been returned and as stated before, it took 4 days to reply to my email.
Be wary short orders and no money paid back.

Only made an order as they stocked psycho mice. Quite clear since i had 4 scoops in my order. These were apparently out of stock so they chose to substitute with turtles( had one scoop for my kid to try). Would have been better if they swapped for various ones or asked for another choice. Bananas aren't nice either. Arrived in 5 days and packaged well but wont be purchasing from again.

My parcel never turned up was damaged sent back

I found the sweet sensation page online and ordered from them. Took about 5 days as I live in Northern Ireland, this is normal. Sweets came in a box all wrapped in bubble wrap and beautifully presented. We bought all the retro sweets that are difficult to get anywhere else. They came in all sealed bags, with a letter from the lovely family who made it and sent it. Would definitely order again.
