Doesn’t snatch at all, don’t bother. I sized down too. This product is useless.

The customer service and response time is absolutely unacceptable. My 14 year old daughter ordered without my permission, I emailed to cancel the order within hours. They responded days later with “I’m sorry your order has been processed and cannot be cancelled”. I emailed after receiving the product. Their delays again result in “I’m sorry it’s too late and we cannot offered a refund and return”. They can offer a refund and return. As an owner of multiple businesses, this is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from this site.

Terrible company! Never received items I ordered back in July. Can’t get ahold of anyone or a response to an email. And can’t get my money back not even through the bank.

Omg I ordered from this site for Black Friday sale without reading the reviews they won’t message me back and they took 2 payments I’m so devastated

I ordered 2 weeks ago and I tried calling and email and no one answered I wasted my money on this for nothing, it said delivered and never received it, such a lie. I hate liars like @shopsweetslims . They are frauds don’t fall for this.

If I could give zero stars I would but that was not an option. I never received my order! And I emailed them about this 3 times and they did not respond to me at all!
Will never order from them again.

The bra i got home. Or the pads to the breast were worthless. They did’nt stay on nor did they make my boobs look any bigger/pushed up. Very disapointed.

Worst thing I've ever ordered. I ordered a stick-on bra that was supposed to be able to connect to each other. So it sits like a bra without the back and straps, but got two silicone triangles. Reminding me of bigger nipplecovers.
Terrible. Disappointed is an understatement!!

I ordered body suits in June and I still haven’t received them! I’m out $70 now and I never heard back from the company, or they made me jump through hoops to contact them.

For a company that never sent me my item, it is very keen on getting a review. Customer service didn’t respond to my three email inquiries, my item never shipped, and I even tried calling the number listed only to hear that they had no idea what I was calling about. I wish I could give zero stars but for some reason the internet hasn’t figured that out yet.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered a bunch of body suits over $150.00 worth got a confirmation number but never received the items and it’s been over 5 months!!! I did not receive any shipping information and attempted emailing them on 5 separate occasions to inquire about this order with absolutely NO RESPONSE at all. So they took my money and never sent any thing. Nonexistent customer service! Absolutely atrocious!!

I placed an order and receieved the wrong products 4/2023. I contacted the company to do an exchange, and got a response, within a timely manner. They provided me with a return label and instructions to do my exchange. It is July, and I have sent multiple emails and called the number (which I get hung up on after 2min of continuous ringing). Not once have I gotten a response back on the status of my exchange. I don't know how else to get a hold of someone from the company. At this point, I just want my money back!

Never received a refund for a item I had cancelled and never was able to get store credit for products I received and did not want

I've placed 3 SweetSlims orders and it's been nothing but an amazing experience. Delivery does take a bit longer (around 10 days all times), but they are upfront about it. The clothes and undies are absolutely amazing quality, making me feel incredibly sexy.
