Their customer service is terrible. I spent multiple days telling them their sizing chart was way off and they wanted proof upon proof upon proof upon proof. It got to the point where they wanted a video of me measuring the pieces I wanted to return and I had enough. They just stopped replying to my emails without any resolution at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Rip off! I ordered two dresses, both necklines broke when trying them on! I still decided to keep one and send one back. When I tried to get a refund, (I btw had to pay money to send it back about 50$), they pretended that the dress never arived so I just payed 150$ for literally nothing. I threatened with a lawyer to get my money back and the company just blocked my Email.

This was my first order from Sweetslolita and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The dress I got turned out to be so lovely – the lace details are really delicate and the color looks exactly like the photos. I was also impressed by how carefully it was packed, nothing was wrinkled when I opened the box. It took about 10 days to arrive, which was faster than I thought. I tried it on right away and honestly didn’t want to take it off. Very happy with my purchase!
