Stay away from this place

David is the supposed owner of this company. Should have gone with my gut feeling when we first spoke. He is a used car salesman. Talks fast and double talks when you bring a valid question. Sent money and was told from day 1 machines should be received in 30 days. 8 weeks later we didn’t hear anything except excuses. Only after we threatened legal action did we get a delivery date. Advertised $500 in free product for each machine. We received 2 small bags of toys for 12 machines. A joke. Location person is a contractor supposedly. They began to secure locations as soon as we paid even though we voiced many many times we don’t have machines yet and were concerned the businesses wouldn’t want to wait. David assured us this wouldn’t be an issue and if they canceled we would just get new ones. Not so much. Once we got machines all but 2 locations canceled because of 2 month wait. When we brought this to locations persons attention she was going to speak to David about it. I’d follow up once a week for over a month. Each time she was in “hospital” or “sick” or just had “surgery”. And conveniently would forget our long conversations about getting us more locations. I finally gave up and was sick of explaining myself over and over. This place is full of lies and run very poorly. I’m very shocked I even received the machines and all but 2 are now sitting in my garage collecting dust. Did research and David/Dave goes by numerous last names. If I wasn’t annoying and persistent I am sure I wouldn’t have never gotten my machines. Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY!

BEWARE os Sweet Success Vending/Lightning Force and TPICO

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH these people !!!
Approx. Dec. 2021 I agreed to do business with Sweet Success vending AKA lightning force out of Canada and also Salt Lake City Utah. Also included in this review is their distributor TPICO (salt lake city). I entered into an agreement with the companies “owner” David Therrien AKA David Brass. I agreed to 30 4 head electric $1.00 vending machines (worth $667.00 a piece) and 30 locations. $19,995.00 for the machines and $1500.00 for locations. In Jan. 2022 I sent a $4000.00 deposit and then $9000.00 to the company to secure my delivery of the machines. The delivery was promised 30 days after the deposit/money. I made an agreement with Mr Therrien/Brass to keep back the rest of the money until the machines were delivered. Upon pressure from Mr Therrien I paid The locator $1500.00 for the 30 locations which she secured. (She is a private contractor and not part of the vending organization as far as I know) It took them until June 24th 2022 to get me anything. On June 24 2022 They sent me 20 non-electric 50 cent vending machines worth approximately $159.00 a piece (cheap machines) I had waited 6 months losing countless thousands of dollars in revenue. (According to their website) I immediately called Mr. Therrien/Brass the same day. He issued a buy back agreement(email) in writing for $14000. $500. Less than I paid. To date I have called numerous times leaving my
Numerous messages. I have left numerous emails NO ANSWER and NO RETURN CALLS. Today is Aug. 22 2022. This review is a micro explanation. If I were to add all the lies I was told and promises that were not kept by all parties involved I would need the entire internet. If you value your money and your time NEVER do business with any of these companies in my humble and unbiased opinion.
