Useless AI bot and good customer service. I'd rather have it that way than the other way around! One of the agents, Jon, is extremely helpful, responds fast, and manages to have a hint of personality which is pretty rare in customer service experiences if you ask me. Relatively good selection of games—just needs more live blackjack and baccarat and craps would be a good addition too. Overall, quick payouts, good customer service, and very playable site.

Well first off they dont like you winning they are fine taking your money but when you take theirs oh no! They changed the way the game goes...Then they send redemptions notices to your email even when you didnt get a redemption im guessing so they can make you pay taxes on money you didnt receive as a get back....It was fun at first now I cant hit anything and I no longer trust their games since finding out they can change the game when ever they feel like it....Do not spend your money on Sweetsweeps

I read all the negative reviews before buying in and I wish I would’ve listened. Figured I would try this site out and was very quickly disappointed. Spent $50 and didn’t hit a single bonus. My balance was gone in literally 15 min. Another trash casino. Don’t waste your money like I did.

This is about 1 game on this site cuz I cant speak for the others but I was looking for something different to play for a change, and came across "12 Coins: Grand Gold Edition" and it was different but at the same time familiar. It was familiar in the way of any base coin game...top, middle, and bottom rows and your goal is to fill the middle row with 4 coins as it has 4 columns. So ive been playing it only with my daily bonus' and I had gotten a red coin (one that sticks in that position till a prize is won) in the middle row 2nd column and wasnt able to trigger a winning spin with 4 days of daily bonus', so today I decided to purchase a few SC. I ended up getting 2 packages and with my daily my grand total to play this Grand Edition was 19.1sc! Well I couldnt tell you what they claim their RTP% to be on this particular slot...but only having to fill 3 out of my 4 spaces on the center line (due to the sticky coin) while only betting .10 the whole time...and after betting away $3 I started keeping tallies, watching the top row (12) and the bottom row (23) fill up 35 times combined with their respective coins in all 4 slots. When 191 spins were done and gone and the dust settled, right there in column 2 sitting middle row in the second seat...was that red coin...staring right back at me...taunting me...reminding me, "dont worry...im right here till you win! Its me and you till the end!" Which that is the end....the end of me ever making another purchase on Sweet Sweeps! Seriously, I could open my email a day, a week, a month from now and see "we've put together an unheard of...unbelievable offer for you and its a reoccurring offer for you to use as many times as you like with no limits or restrictions on anything if you happen to win! Re-buy this deal as many times as you can for life 350sc for .97!!" I would read it and think "Ha...I see your marketing trick, you already know I wont win cuz you slots wont allow it! PSSHHH....HAPPEN to win they say! That package is still over priced by 98 cents!" Never again!!
