only part of my order arrived

ordered 5 dresses. Only 3 have arrived. They claim everything has been sent and refuse partial refund or any other form of compensation and then stop all communication. Would advise not to order there!

We are sorry that your experience did not go well. However, our team did respond to you and you even refused to send pictures of your package as requested. Rather than seek an amicable solution, you subsequently opened a PayPal dispute, thereby shifting our discussion to PayPal.
Without proof on your part, we cannot reimburse you for the items requested. The proof is, PayPal gave us winner of the file.
