I ordered a UK size 7.5, but when the shoes arrived (several weeks later), they were European size 40, which is one size smaller than I expected. I contacted customer service, and they explained that they don't produce shoes in size 7.5, indicating it was an error on the website. Consequently, I requested a return and refund, but they denied it, citing the company's non-return policy for shoes on sale. I responded, expressing my dissatisfaction since the mistake was not mine, but I didn't make any progress. In the end, I decided to donate the shoes to charity.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 29 August, after numerous emails after the due date, asking when they would arrive and requesting a refund as I hadn’t received them, they finally arrived on 11 September, too late for their intended use. After further emails including photos of the trainers as requested by them so that I could return them for a refund - (due to them arriving late) this is being refused due to there so called policy, even though the fault clearly lies with them. My advice would be, be careful if ordering from this company as they don’t accept liability on their part and a refund is not in their nature.

Biggest scam ! Don't order anything from this company!! If indeed it is a company! Wished I had read the reviews first. You will receive your shoes , but they are poorly made, sizes are very small , and you wait fie weeks for them to arrive. I ordered a size 5 my normal size ! They were really small, asked for a refund and they said no one very angry customer .CT17

Do not use, I purchased sandals on 19/3/23, after I enquired where they were after 3 weeks of waiting I was told in a badly written email they wouldn’t be arriving. I was also told my refund would be another 3 weeks. They have a week to go and I’m doubtful. Feel it’s a huge scam

This company are scam artists. They don’t send you the sandals or clothes ordered. They respond to messages and say your order is in process and a refund won’t happen until you have sent the items back. The items were never received as they clearly never sent them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!!!

Load of rubbish , ordered sandals weeks ago no correspondence , said they would contact me with delivery details , chased 4 times to be told oh we have just be informed they are not going to be delivered and cant fulfill your order and you can wait 4 weeks for a refund while you are at it , do not use !

My experience from Swelly's was absolutely great! The sites are clear and easy to access. Swelly's had good amount of magnificent products with reasonable price, they even have free shipping worldwide. I would recommend this website to everyone who favors good quality clothes and accessories. Thank you Swelly's!

If you like to pay huge markups for products that aren't worth nearly as much as the asking price, then Swellys is the place for you! A quick search showed that you can buy the same products that Swellys is selling for a fraction of the asking price. I cannot recommend this store to anyone since they're just trying to rip you off. Also the Terms & Services and Privacy Policy seemed in some cases unclear. Don't waste your money on this!
