I recently had a service done on my BMW at SWH Automotive, and I was very impressed. The communication throughout the process was top-notch, providing a dealership-level quality of service that included pictures and videos of the work being carried out.
The work was completed swiftly, and I appreciated the convenience of having my car picked up and dropped off. They went above and beyond by professionally cleaning the interior and exterior, leaving my car looking and smelling fantastic with a lovely fragrance.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and will definitely be using SWH Automotive again in the future. Cheers to a fantastic service.

My car was picked up on time as advised and delivered in good time too from a very friendly mechanic.
My car needed service and MOT, and the fact that they can pick up and deliver was important as i could not take the time off, they did not disappoint! The extra for me was the little videos they sent me showing the work they did on the service and added bonus they cleaned the inside of the car! Never had that done by anyone else before! That was a nice touch!

Local firm with honest prices…
My car needed a service- but I couldn’t afford to be without it for a full day or during working hours… SWH were open on a Sunday and collected my car and returned it absolutely pristine inside, what a great service! Excellent communication from start to finish too!

I was extremely happy with the service provided by SWH Automotive Ltd. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They picked up my car exactly when they said they would, which made the whole process so convenient and stress-free. I booked my car in for a Major Service and replacement of the Front Discs and Pads, and I was really impressed with the level of communication. They kept me updated at every step with pictures and videos, making me feel completely informed and confident in their work—a fantastic touch that you don’t often see.
To top it all off, they even cleaned my car for free! It’s these extra thoughtful gestures that really set them apart. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in their work. My car is running like a dream now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
