Excellent service. Great and useful communication from the booking staff, doctor’s assessment and quick scan reporting. No hidden prices, you know exactly where you are from the beginning when searching the site. The technicians at RSH Southampton were efficient. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of space: the nurse asked me some questions on the corridor. Perhaps a small cabin attached to the unit with 2 chairs inside will be useful. I don’t know how they manage at other locations, this applies to Southampton Royal South Hants Hospital.

Having booked and paid for my scan I've just got emails after email that they are leasing with radiology and still no scan date ! Not impressed so far!

After trying to get a scan on my back via my doctor's and just sent to physiotherapy who said I need to do exercise.
I did some but made it worse.
I looked up on the Internet and found and found Swiftclinic and the booking of the scan was easy to do.
I also booked it at my local hospital. I was kept informed with what was going on and when the doctor was going to phone. The scan went well with friendly staff who said I should get the results I a couple of day's.

I had been suffering with back pain for a few months. When I saw my Gp I realised there would be a long wait for a scan. I searched for a private scan and came across swift clinic. The fact that I could get two video calls with a specialist together with a scan really appealed to me. I found the whole booking system really straight forward. I could pick a date that worked for me. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to get everything done. I had a lovely consultant, who spent time going through all my questions. I had my scan near to where I live. The best thing about swift clinic is I got to talk to the same doctor again and he was able to look at my scan and talk me through what it showed. I would highly recommend swift clinic.

Perfect service, professional and I felt like I was actually listened to about what I needed. Very personalized approach and I felt looked after. Everything was explained to me at my level of understanding.

Great set up and organisation. The communication was brilliant and the care I received was great. It just made things so much easier than having to wait for the NHS services.

I couldn’t find anything for that price in any of the private hospitals locally.

Staff here couldn’t be more polite and helpful. Have had chronic back pain for many years and I finally feel that I’m getting the help I need. Only wish I had done this sooner! Really good facilities and they took great care of me on both of me on my visit and video consultation. Likely that I need some surgery to rectify my issue, but it’s great to finally have answers. Absolutely recommend Swift Clinic to anybody.
