I checked these people out and it is a bogus company with no company details on the website swiftdebthelp.co.uk & no director connected with the company RLH Associates (non trading). Richard Lloyd-Hughes is a shareholder however the co is non-trading. I will not and would not advise anyone to trust a bogus front like this with debt help! Be warned

Aggressive,poor service and unprofessional Chase you until you pay your money. Then I had to post a negative review to get someone call me. Initially swift-resolution.com whom I contracted with. This company also trades RHL. Richard Lloyd-Hughes and as rlh@rapid-recoveries. He’s now trying to transfer Clients to yet another company which isn’t a debt recovery business but a computer software company! stay well clear. Reported him to my bank and recovered my money. After asking him not contact me he’s now sent letter threatening debt collection.

Beware, they have had various incarnations and regularly stop trading after collecting debts and not paying out to their customers.

Terrible company, they tried to take my son's work van for a debt, but there was no way I would let it happen. The girl opened my son's door to get in his house; she was a horrible girl who thinks she has power. I hope she can't sleep at night.

This experience actually happened in 2017 but I've only just looked back and realised how shafted i was by this company. I had little or no experience of insolvency, or debt management and these guys did very little to help me. I'd heard about an IVA and hoped to pay or write off my debts, but somehow this lot guided me towards paying off virtually 100p in the pound. I thought that was fair enough - I'd had the loans, spent the money, and so I should pay back everything I owe, crippling or not - bad luck me. I didn't realise £775 a month is a lot of money to be paying back for an IVA, I was just glad I wouldn't be losing my house. I lost my job about a year into the IVA. Looking back at my emails, I can tell they were ignoring my calls and emails and I began to get frantic. Finally, I get an email - "Welcome to Aperture!" and suddenly I'm with another IVA company. This is where my nightmare journey began, with an impossibly high IVA repayment amount and no attempt to get look after me when the worst happened. Disgusting customer service. I hope they have more experience these days. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Kept calling whilst i were at work even after telling them to call after 6pm and i would settle the debt and each time they called the debt rose by £20 + vat i spoke to a secretary and told her i work until 6pm and her reply was we call whenever ( USELESS) my opinion they are bunch of thugs and crooks

Crooked company run by a crook. Google Companies House and enter Claudio Michael Grech. Sank his old company, the similarly titled Swift Insolvency, with massive debts and with staff unpaid as well. Didn’t stop him buying a horse for 450,000 guineas though.

These are fake reviews this is a joke of company, bankruptcy, bankruptcy, bankruptcy is way will end with this lot, they literally just gave a full blown anxiety attack, thanks Nyomi I appreciate the chests pain

I’m not one to leave reviews negative or positive however I am so glad I stumbled upon this company, being a 40+ yr old guy we don’t always admit we need help! After being made redundant a few times during covid and the past 18 months I took a blind eye to my debts and brushed them away.. not the best thing to do but we all do it. After becoming unwell with my mental health I reached out to this company. Initially my assessment call was with zain who was totally understanding and made me feel at ease, I then had a 1hr follow up phone appointment with leonie who was so understanding with my situation and didn’t make me feel awkward discussing my situation and current affairs, she went through various options and eligibility options for my situation, and I choose to go with the IVA option which best suited my needs personally. following this appointment I hung up the phone with such relief and the biggest weight lifted of my shoulders. Process was quick and simple and wasn’t what I expected, as mentioned I’ve opted to go with the IVA Option, and I’m awaiting a meeting date with all my creditors which is to be arranged, and all my payments are negotiated without the stress of me being there and is all looked after via this company, all is not fully confirmed yet however for all my debts it has been agreed I can pay £90 a month once accepted. Big thankyou to this company and both zain and leonie for there professionalism, compassion and understanding. I will update this review once finalised but from my initial thoughts towards this company are excellent

Jack Taylor was rude and aggressive made me feel like dirt when I am already feeling at my most vulnerable. Vile man and company.

Spoke to Zain and Nisha who helped me alot and made me feel comfortable.they got everything sorted for me for the IVA.

I later had a call after a meeting with my creditors from QIS who successfully got all the creditors to agree to the terms and conditions of my IVA .

I can now look forwards to a new start in life thank you very much :)

I spoke to Locklen originally who was amazing, he put my mind at rest and did everything he could to get me a further appointment ASAP. Then I had a call with Nyomi who was so helpful and very understanding! After choosing what was right for me she very quickly and efficiently got everything set up and in place ready. After years of having dept hanging over me and not seeing a way out, I now see light at the end of the tunnel! I could not recommend Swift QIS enough! Thank you for everything 💞

Swiftdept were very helpful with me from when i called. One of their staff i have spoken to a few times is very nice. His name is Zain. And also Jack was very helpful. Even though my creditirs meeting is in a few days i am feeling hopeful

Life savers my debt was getting me down and I couldn't see a way out till I spoke with zain and then nyomi who understood my problem and helped me in every way they could I now feel like a weight has been lifted of my shoulders and I can now look to the future in a better light thanks so much

Really helpful at first. Then stopped answering calls. Then sold my debt on to another recovery firm which has since been resold and resold. And every time it appears as a new debt and my credit score crashes again. Probably legal but certainly shouldn’t be!

Service was amazing, they were willing to help me at every step and were so great to deal with.

If anyone needs help with their financial worries, they will do everything they can to look after you every step of the way, even going as far as to keep in touch daily through WhatsApp.

Never received a better service from any company I've dealt with.
