We ordered the O2 model in Mustard. Lovely style and colour. However not long after owning, noticed the base seat cushion was already baldy deformed. We assumed this was a one off and unlucky so took photo's, contacted Swift and they arranged replacements, which we thought was great. Unfortunately exactly the same happened and it's not like they get heavy use. Clearly whatever is used in the base isn’t upto the job, considering the one we replaced was cheaper and had approx 8 years with no issues. Would not recomended.

Horrendous, acknowledged order after 3 days, said it’d been sent to delivery company on a Sunday night, contacted on the Wednesday, was told with delivery company and would get them to contact, still no contact or delivery, now ignoring messages, stay clear obvious scam, claiming back through credit card. Avoid at all cost.

Great value for money and kept informed every step of the way with what was happening with my order would recommend to everyone

I recently purchased a wardrobe that I'm happy with, but the customer service has been terrible. It began with the delivery—there was hardly any communication. Now, I'm waiting on a missing part. I contacted them over three weeks ago, and although I was promised the part would be sent, I still haven't received it. This means I can't fully use the wardrobe, which is frustrating, especially considering it wasn't cheap.

Communication from the seller was really good can’t fault it The delivery people were courteous and opened the boxes so we could ensure the mirror doors were intact and not broken Will buy from seller again without a second thought.
