If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. I locked myself out of my new house. It was cold, wet and the weekend. The call out fee says $29- turns out it was $299, they then tried one method they claim didn't work $499 then another method over $300. Total cost was $1162. They charged me more than that. They also broke my lock and i had to get the man to come back to fix it. It still doesn’t work properly. It is basically a scam. They come out and break your lock so they have to fix it. STAY AWAY, do not use. They are liars. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs and ScamWatch who are investigating the locksmith industry. I asked for a refund, they of course refused. If you look up their ABN they gave changed their business name several times over the past few years. Be careful when looking up locksmiths in an emergency.
