We booked Swift through Ash. The whole booking process was easy and straightforward. Ash is professional, friendly and efficient. Our journey to Henley and back was very pleasant. Khuram who drove us home from Henley at mid-night was also friendly and polite. The minibus was very clean and in good condition.
The whole experience has been great and we will certainly be using Swift again.
Due to pick us up at 2:30am for an eurostar run and the driver overslept and never got back to us until we were out of the country. Luckily had 2 people willing to drive so we didn’t miss the train.
Gave us our money back but no compensation for the £200 we had to spend on parking.

What a superb company. Excellent support, advise, & communication from initial call, through months of planning, up to the actual days of port pick up/tours/airport drop off for our group. The vehicle was very clean & spacious with comfortable seats. Ash was very pleasant, professional, & very knowledgeable about driving routes & tour sites. He was very patient & flexible with last minute needs & itinerary changes. He also acted on a medical incident promptly & professionally in seeking medic services & to ensure safety & recovery. Always a chore driving to our long distance netball fixture however Ash and his team (YES BAZ) make everything smooth sailing! Baz was there nice and early and gave us a pleasant comfy drive up north England and back! Ps the sound system is ace too!! Thanks Swift from all at Academy Netball Club! 💯

Booked with Swift Minibus for a wedding to Manchester. The whole booking process was smooth and on the day of hire, the driver arrived 20 minutes early, waited patiently. Everyone was blown away by the minibus, I've never seen such a nice minibus. The driver got us to Manchester and back without any issues, he was very helpful, stopped off at services to allow us to all stretch our legs. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will definitely be booking again soon.
