Beware SwiftPay, though a financial service, is not registered with the FCA. Communication with us has been poor and confusing. This caused us a substantial delay. We were told we were being fully refunded for poor service, this did not happen. At present this looks a shabby fraudulent service we would urge you to avoid at all costs.
The team at Swiftpay made the process of finding a gateway that suited our business super easy. On top of that they secured the really good rates too!
Their Account Management was knowledgable and not pushy.
