Excellent Customer Service
Adrienne made a difficult and potentially very expensive trip to attend a funeral in the USA much easier and significantly cheaper.
She went the extra mile in making sure I got the flights and the price that I needed. She gave me plenty of options and friendly advice meaning that I could buy the deal that was best for me.
I have already raised and praised her excellent customer service to friends and family.
I'm sure Swift Travel know what a friendly and dedicated member of staff they've got working for them.
