I am very disappointed

I do not recommend online shopping. My patience is running out. I am still waiting for my order No. 1767819823 that was supposed to arrive on 16/1/2026. The package has not even been handed over to the delivery service yet. Don't try it, buy somewhere else. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering.

Returns are difficult and expensive

My flippers were delayed.

When they arrived they didn't fit.

To send them back will mean that I have spend the cost of the items on shipping here and back that I have to cover.

When I spoke to a customer services representative, explaining that the returns label on the item had a UK address, they were totally unhelpful.

Avoid.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Swimaholic. I returned a swimsuit in early July, and the courier confirmed it was received on 04.08, yet the company keeps lying that they never got it. For more than a month, they neither sent the replacement nor refunded my money, despite me paying extra for the return option. Every time I call, I get a new excuse. Dishonest and unprofessional company – I do not recommend!

It’s ok

It’s ok. Parcel arrived on time and goods are ok as well. However there’s too much plastic in the containers and the swimming cap also came in a plastic bag. It’s Made in China. Due to these reasons I won’t buy anything from this shop again. I don’t want a parcel full of plastic waste and a swimming cap Made in China.

I don't recommend this shop to anyone

I don't recommend this shop to anyone. There is almost no contact with complaints department. I bought two pairs of swimming glasses (Michael Phelps Ninja). They are faulty and they accuse me that this is my fault which is not true. They say that Michael Phelps (the producer) do not want to give the money back. It's already been two months and I have not received my money back. (definetely swimming glasses are faulty which I've already seen other complaints about the same problem in the internet) I will never ever buy anything in this shop and I hope that no one will ever buy anything in swimaholic. I've already complaint to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a product, it arrived, but we didn't even believe it and immediately sent it away, they didn't even open the bags, didn't open the tags, and after that they told me that they wouldn't return the money, since they don't have enough tags, which we didn't even open. They deceive people, they tear off the tags themselves so as not to return money to people. I didn't recommend working with them, disgusting service.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. As I wrote to you in the e-mail, we cannot accept back swimsuits that do not have all the signs and tags as from the factory. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot sell such goods and you, as a customer, do not want to receive such goods either. If the returned goods are in 100% condition, we will refund the money or exchange the product for a different size without any problems (if the customer is interested). Please don't vilify us for a problem we didn't cause.

Gave us incorrect address to return and won’t reimburse

The item we received didn’t fit the form to fill in online for a return wasn’t easy, we were given a UK address to Swimaholic to return, we sent it to there and they are saying they haven’t received it and we have sent it to the wrong address and will not refund us ! Do not buy from this company their customer service is very poor

I’ve been sending an email every morning for 5 days to make a return, no one answers. Terrible service. You shouldn’t buy if you are not sure, you can’t make a return even if it says yes.
