Great service. Straight forward & very helpful

I called Swimart Malvern as my pool filter wasn't working and we had a lockdown family spa party planned. They quickly diagnosed a problem with the pump over the phone. I had a service team member at my home within a hour, replacement pump installed within 2 hours, tested in 24 hours and the pool and spa was cleaned and heated with the party (slightly delayed) started after 26 hours. Super nice to deal with also. Awesome experience. Thanks Dexter and Brett.

We have been with swimart Malvern for some 25 years . They are terrific you ring them with a problem they are there very quickly in fact sometimes same day . Never had an issue with them . I would highly recommend them without hesitation 😀😀

Good service, pleasant and rapid response. Cost of a new filter included installation and removal of old product which had a lifespan of about 12 to 15 years. Always helpful and price competitive. I am a welded on client. Peter in Glen Iris.

These guys are always very helpful often suggesting ways around a problem eg instead of fixing a chlorinator timer they suggested I buy a cheap plug in timer and set the thing to manual. Worked a treat and I will go back there when it does finally give up because of the advice i received
